Very friendly site owners and staff. The facilities on site are good (plenty of hot water for washing up!). Nice walks in surrounding fields, and not too far to the beach.
The best place.will come back again some times.we miss it all ready

Stayed hear a few years ago and just had another long weekend over Easter.
Love the place. Nice and quiet but not to quiet for the kids. ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į
Returned yesterday from a fantastic weekend camping here. Toilets and shower blocks were lovely and clean and water was lovely and hot. Pitch sizes were huge and the site is quiet. The kids loved running around and playing in the play area. Really close to Cromer and beach. Would definitely be back!!
Loved this site. Clean, tidy and well maintained. Toilet/shower blocks regularly cleaned. Good amount of both serviced/unserviced pitches. Not too far to walk into Cromer. Will definitely be visiting again.

Love this campsite. I have just had 2 nights there with my daughter and the place is spotless. The toilet blocks and showers are spotless (morning afternoon and evening) and there are plenty of them .
The kids play area was brilliant and behind some hedges slightly hidden away from the rest of the camp so it wasn't in your face. It was perfectly safe though and in very good condition.
You can see the sea from certain pitches and has lots of options for shopping reasonably close by. You can walk to Lidl, Co-op or Morrisons in about 8-10 mins if you run out of something (I didn't do it but got halfway there exploring)
Argos is next to Co-op aswell which is handy for air pumps and stuff.
Cromer is about the same distance as the shops and although it's 2 mins of the coast road and 2 mins off the main rd into Cromer it's quiet and peaceful.
It is a working farm aswell so my daughter got to see the cows and a few lambs darting around in neighbouring fields.

Just had four nights here. Really liked the site, facilities excellent and great location. Loved being able to walk to Cromer rather than having to use the car. Lots of dog walks in the surrounding area. Great part of the world - want to go again.
Just got back from a weeks stay. Absolutely love it and will defiantly be going back. Clean toilet blocks, powerful showers, washing machine and tumble dryer available. A lovely walk into Cromer. Supermarkets within walking distance. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Lovely scenery. Thank you for a relaxed and stress free holiday.
Just got back from 10 nights at Manor farm. Had a fantastic time, can't fault the site at all. Serviced pitch was an excellent size. 15 min walk into Cromer. Morrisons and co-op within walking distance. Lovely friendly site.
Just been here for 2 nights over the weekend with my family of 5. beautifully clean and well-kept. staff were friendly and informative and campers were all friendly and happy to help with my crazy children. ONly niggle was there was no hot water in the morning so our routine was distrubed by mid-afternoon showers but not a major issue really. Loved it so much we're coming back next year! x
Just back from a fabulous long weekend at Manor Farm. Plenty of space, showers spotlessly clean and great sea views. Definitely will be back.

Been for the past 5 years I think lovely place met some nice people & families
Stayed for 3 nights last weekend, nice clean site, large space to pitch tent. Only one moan, could do with more showers and toilets, as there were a large amount of families who showered the kids so there was queues early morning, will return thou lovely part of the country
Lovely clean site with good amenities.
We stayed on the electric hook up part which is divided by a row of bushes/trees which acted as a windbreak.
The toilet and shower blocks were kept very clean and tidy and the showers are a good size.
There is a coin operated washing machine and a dryer on site aswell which came in very handy.
The children's play area was fantastic and my two children loved playing there.
We actually had a sea view where we pitched do it was nice in a morning to wake up to that view.
Looking over the site which is very large there were few pitches that were flat. We had to change it sleeping arrangements a little so we didn't roll but it didn't bother us.
There is a separate field to camp in which is dog friendly.
You can walk into the center of Cromer within 15 mins a great bonus going out to the pub our restaurant for a meal and not having to drive.
All in all we had a fab two weeks and would recommend this site to anyone heading to that part of the world.
