oh my days just got back from this beautiful amazing resort! we all cried as we left as we never wanted to leave x everything was perfect the grounds the amazing caravan the staff the whole place is amazebombs and I cant wait to return we were so impressed we are looking into owning a tiny bit of heaven whoop so we can come everyday lol x or if I can convince my other half to quit his job and move there x beautiful town x norfolf and manor park rock x thank you for a perfect few days will be seeing you all again soon x massive shout out to the kiosk staff who were awesome and so helpful xxx made 3 kids very happy with there squishes grrr x 600000 tickets later but we had so much fun xx love natasha, mark dowell, myleee milana and mcauley x please also thank the owners of our caravan for what can only be described as beautiful xx

This is the first time we have stayed at Manor Park ( we normally go next door ) We opted for a new caravan and in all honestly can't fault it . It was lovely and clean and had every thing you could possibly need in the kitchen . We found the park to be lovely and quiet and the staff were all friendly and helpful . Will defiantly use again ��

Really enjoyed are holiday. We was in the tudor area and not far from club. Entertainmet was good at night and the kids really loved the tots club and swimming. Would defiently come again. The staff was very helpful when ask for stuff got extra pillows and got a new fridge put in as milk shelf broke in old one

Really big thank you to the the entertainment team (especially Paul (hope you get the credit in turtles) who has made it really enjoyable for the kids this week and has always been helpful. The park is clean and tidy. Great polite staff

Lovely park! Just got back from a lovely 8 days away! Staff were all lovely! The club was great at night! And the caravan we had in high grove was amazing, so much space for the kids to play! Didn't want to wake up in my own bed this morning �

Had a short break here , loved it , van comfy and clean , staff all friendly and helpful , would defo come again , shame the pool isn’t bigger though .

Had a great bank holiday weekend on the touring field. Good facilities all round. Lovely swimming pool, great complex. Kids loved Starland Krazy. Really enjoyed exploring local area.

Great relaxing holiday ,the staff were wonderful, the caravan was lovely. The entertainment was superb especially Eva ,the singer on Saturday night . Wonderful place to take the children and grandchildren.

We pitched our folding camper here over bank holiday weekend and had a lovely time. The shower/toilets were a little dated and in need of a revamp but they were clean, water was hot and toilet rolls always fully stocked. Had a takeaway from the club which was tasty and not too expensive. Staff friendly and helpful. The only downfall is that there is no where to take your dog on site, no outside seating area to enable you to go to the bar and grab a drink or order food. We found this a real shame as it's nice to find somewhere that is dog friendly

Pitches rather muddy but as the weather has been so bad it was to be expected.Toilets cleaned regularly but due to muddy conditions soon looked grubby. Staff friendly and helpful. Prices good. Site very close to all amenities. Pitch large. Have used the site several times and intend to continue to do so.

Just got home from a lovely 4 night break here. Chalet was lovely and clean and spacious. The site was kept very neat and tidy and clean. My little boy loved the entertainment. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but we had a couple of utensils missing from chalet and a couple of food items weren't available. Great time was had by all though and would definitely return.

Far to busy for the amount of staff.The staff were very helpful but the place lacks leadership no real boss I never saw a member of staff that looked over 21.The place needs to be run properly the queues are huge at the bar.but they try there best it has potential still.

Very poor service in the bar and restuarant at easter weekend, you need mire staff atboeak times whatsvthe summer going to be like. The childrens disco in the evening is notvas good as last year. May have to think about not reowning and moving somewhere else

3rd visit. 1st time we were given a shallet which was awful. Upgraded on 2nd day. 2nd visit great. 3 visit not great. No nets on big window. Toilet seat completely missing. Shower screen off the runner and no DVD player. Maybe the vans should be inspected more regularly before renting. It's not the visitors job to ask for things to be put right

Please be careful. There is a thief around the park. We have just had our caravan steps stolen. They have a handle on them to help my wife who is disabled get in and out. Can the thieving scum who took them put them back. The mobility scooter was outside, (luckily I took the battery in) so the person who took them knew there was a disabled person in there. If anyone sees a set they are white with a white handle.

We have stayed here many times before and have to say that this will be the last, the park has really gone down hill, the shower blocks are disgusting even straight after they have been " cleaned". The entertainment is a joke, very little on during the day and very poor evening entertainment. I really thought that once the new indoor pool was built they would continue to invest In the park, sadly this is not the case. It strikes me that the staff that are hard working and dedicated are having a hard time trying to maintain standards on slashed budgets.This time as like last time they had let members of the travelling community on the site that let there kids run riot until 1am we where so we where glad to leave this morning It's a real pity as it was a really nice site.

Very disappointed tonight , been coming here for a few years ( 3-4 times a year) waited to be served a drink, 25 minutes to order a drink an hour for a drink and to be sent back as it was cold . Sort your staffing out it’s not even season period yet

Very disappointed to say I had upgraded to find cooker had dodgy loose knob and didn’t work and the ever famous useless tin opener .

I don’t feel I was upgraded at all

The whole place is dirty and just disgusting, the staff are very rude, the arcade is a danger zone , they had the main electric board open for children to put their hands in and possibly kill themselves ( staff were notified ) but they took no notices, so your safety is the least of their concerns, the nappy bin was full to the brim for two whole days in the entertainment toilets ( possibly longer), my chicken I ordered for tea was rock hard , took it back and the staff spoke to myself like a child and was told to go and sit back down at my table !

The touring toilets were horrendous, no toilet roll, no toilet handle, not to mention a bare wire hanging down from a broken hair dryer, also the light on the ceiling was just about hanging off - very dangerous!

Never ever visit this place !

Can the thieving scum who took them put them back. The mobility scooter was outside, (luckily I took the battery in) so the person who took them knew there was a disabled person in there. If anyone sees a set they are white with a white handle.

We have stayed here many times before and have to say that this will be the last, the park has really gone down hill, the shower blocks are disgusting even straight after they have been " cleaned". The entertainment is a joke, very little on during the day and very poor evening entertainment. I really thought that once the new indoor pool was built they would continue to invest In the park, sadly this is not the case. It strikes me that the staff that are hard working and dedicated are having a hard time trying to maintain standards on slashed budgets.This time as like last time they had let members of the travelling community on the site that let there kids run riot until 1am we where so we where glad to leave this morning It's a real pity as it was a really nice site.

Very disappointed tonight , been coming here for a few years ( 3-4 times a year) waited to be served a drink, 25 minutes to order a drink an hour for a drink and to be sent back as it was cold . Sort your staffing out it’s not even season period yet

Very disappointed to say I had upgraded to find cooker had dodgy loose knob and didn’t work and the ever famous useless tin opener .

The whole place is dirty and just disgusting, the staff are very rude, the arcade is a danger zone , they had the main electric board open for children to put their hands in and possibly kill themselves ( staff were notified ) but they took no notices, so your safety is the least of their concerns, the nappy bin was full to the brim for two whole days in the entertainment toilets ( possibly longer), my chicken I ordered for tea was rock hard , took it back and the staff spoke to myself like a child and was told to go and sit back down at my table !

The touring toilets were horrendous, no toilet roll, no toilet handle, not to mention a bare wire hanging down from a broken hair dryer, also the light on the ceiling was just about hanging off - very dangerous!

Never ever visit this place !
