ULTRASOUND THERAPY AND ELECTROTHERAPY π₯
π Mechanical ultrasound therapy uses pulses of sound waves to penetrate tissues. While this still has a minor warming effect on the tissues, it also causes expansion and contraction in the tiny gas bubbles of the soft tissues. This helps to decrease the inflammatory response, reducing tissue swelling and thus decreasing pain.
π Thermal ultrasound therapy uses a continuous transmission of sound waves. The sound waves cause microscopic vi...brations in the deep tissue molecules, increasing heat and friction. The warming effect support healing in the soft tissues by increasing the metabolism at the level of the tissue cells.
π Electrotherapy is a method of medical treatment that uses small electrical impulses to repair tissue, stimulate muscles and increase sensations, improves microcirculation in the tissues, and muscle strength. It can assist pain reduction and the natural healing response of the body.
π The most popular types of electrotherapy: TENS, IF, DD, UR, Iontophoresis, Kotz.
π Therapy is frequently used in Physiotherapy, Orthopaedics, Neurology and Sports Medicine.
π Ultrasound treatment lasts about 5-15 minutes, in the acute condition the recommended number of sessions 1 everyday for 7 days, in the chronic condition the recommended number of sessions 7-10 every 2 days.
π Electrotherapy lasts about 20-30 minutes, recommended number of sessions 1 everyday for 10 days, next you can repeat the series.
π The most common indications:
βοΈ Muscle strain βοΈ Hematoma βοΈ Myofascial pain βοΈ Neck and back pain βοΈ Shoulder pain βοΈ Sciatica βοΈ Lumbalgia βοΈ Discopathy βοΈ Facial nerve paralysis βοΈ Inflammation βοΈ Overload βοΈ Muscle tension βοΈ Osteoarthritis βοΈ Bursitis βοΈ Carpal tunnel syndrome βοΈ Raynaud's disease βοΈ Post-traumatic edema βοΈ Post operative scar therapy βοΈ Knee ligament injury βοΈ Patellofemoral pain syndrome βοΈ Ankle strain βοΈ Sports injury βοΈ Muscle stimulation

DEEP OSCILLATION π₯
π Unique, non-invasive and non-traumatic therapy method which create biologically effective oscillations in the treated tissue using electrostatic field of high and low frequencies. In contrast to other therapies, these pleasant oscillations have a gentle but intense and deep-acting effect on all tissue components - skin, connective tissue, subcutaneous fat tissue, muscles, blood and lymph vessels.
π For athletes, it helps earlier to start intense forms of... therapy and training, for other patients a faster return to activity in daily life.
π Stimulation of healing processes.
π Anti-inflammatory effect.
π Muscle injury therapy.
π Effectively reduces post-traumatic edemaβοΈβοΈβοΈ
π Therapy is frequently used in Physiotherapy, Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine and Aesthetic Medicine.
π Treatment lasts about 15-30 minutes, in the acute condition the recommended number of sessions 1 everyday for a week, in the chronic condition the recommended number of sessions 2-4 a week.
π The most common indications:
βοΈ Muscle strain βοΈ Hematoma βοΈ Calcification βοΈ Inflammation βοΈ Post-traumatic edema βοΈ Lymphoedema βοΈ Supports bone union after fracture βοΈ Overload βοΈ Muscle tension βοΈ Enthesopathy βοΈ Neck and back pain βοΈ Sports injury βοΈ Knee ligament injury βοΈ Ankle strain βοΈ Adhesions (scar tissue) βοΈ Post operative scar therapy βοΈ Hard to heal wounds βοΈ Cellulite reduction βοΈ Non-invasive face lift
