About Market Rasen Golf Club
Market Rasen Golf Club is a challenging, picturesque, heathland golf course with a modern Clubhouse open to both members and visitors alike.
Come and enjoy our Olympic sized Boules court, driving range and practise putting green!
Market Rasen Golf Club Description
Market Rasen Golf Club celebrated its Centenary in 2012 and is one of the premier Clubs in the county. The Club moved to its present site at Warren Farm in 1922 having originated as a 9 hole course on the western side of the town. Over the years on the new site it progressed from 9 holes up to its present 18 holes. In 2001 holes , 15 16 & 17 were replaced by three new quality holes, now 11, 12 & 13 bringing the length up to 6239 yards.
Building development to improve the facilities of the Clubhouse began in 1968 and later during four years between 1989 and 1993 a major transformation of the original red brick and pantiled farm buildings was undertaken together with the construction of a number of architecturally sympathetic additions. Further building and refurbishment has resulted in a modern Clubhouse complex of Locker Rooms, Secretary's Office, Professionals Shop, Casual Lounge, Bar and Dining Room for Club Members and Visitors

Market Rasen Golf Club have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our greens team.
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:... - NVQ level 2- in sports turf/ greenkeeping. - A good understanding of maintaining a golf course to a high standard. - Good attention to detail. - Reliable, punctual and hard working. - A good knowledge of the rules/game of golf desirable.
39hrs per week (Monday- Friday) Overtime will include every other weekend.

Welton Sports and Social Club Golf Society enjoyed the sunshine ☀️ and fast running fairways of Market Rasen Golf Club on Monday. 🥇Bob Hindle won the day with 38 points🏆 , 🥈John Ryland came 2nd with 34 and in 🥉3rd place and nearest the pin on our 18th hole was Steve Broughton. Congratulations to Georgia Hall on her recent Women's British Open win! We have been following her career since winning the English Girls' under 15 & under 13 Championship at Market Rasen Golf Club in 2010 where she kindly accepted our offer of Honorary Life Membership
Lee Francis Captain of Boston Golf Club brought 40 players for his captains away. Fast running fairways, receptive greens and the beer was flowing 🍻 made for a great day! Fun was had by all especially for the winner Julian Miles with 42 points 🏆and John Kadzionis who won the ‘turned up and doing your best prize’ with 23 points 🤫

You can only make a first impression once and my what an impression! The whole day's experience was fantastic from start to finish. Excellent pro shop, changing areas, course and bar and catering facilities. Market Rasen's golf course and facilities are what other golf clubs should aspire to. Cannot wait to visit again!

Great golf course very challenging, you have to think your way round it . Greens were superb and welcome food brilliant

We had a wake at the golf club and could have not asked for a better service. Delicious food and catering for special requirements like Vegan and gluten free was brilliant. Thank you Janet, you really made it very special. I would definitely recommend.
We came for a beautiful wedding yesterday, and had a really lovely day. The food was out of this world with wonderful service! From the canapés to the bar service, it was all great �
Was a member for 28 years such a friendly club like having another family.
Very good course, a challenge for any level. I've played there a few times with Ian Dunbar, Richard goring and Robert winney .
Played this with my daughter and what a great course. As expected at this time of year the course was very wet but still playable with only a couple of temp greens for maintenance. The pre game bap and after game snack was excellent and reasonably priced. Looking forward to returning in the summer.

It's your local,friendly place to go for a great game of golf, breakfast,lunch and early evening meal or for that special function or business meeting.
Have always enjoyed playing this course. A good test without being overly difficult. Lovely setting. Very good and highly recommended.
