Yes I meet a friend here most weeks and am very happy to do so. If I arrive early and sit down to wait for my friend I just get a smile never a complaint that I haven't ordered. The food is excellent, if a little pricey and the fact that it is always busy says it all.

When we travel to norwich from caister we always have lunch here food good staff friendly the only down side is the space hard to get a table in busy times

We live in Birmingham, but always visit Marmalades when we're in Norwich. The carrot cake is the best we've ever tasted.

I had a lovely sandwich lunch ,nice cuppa, while taking a break from shopping, nice comfy place and very comfortable if you are eating alone.

A very nice little cafe in the heart of Norwich! Staff are always friendly and happy to answer any questions. Very spacious and modern inside. A good range of food choices and drinks! The jacket potatoes are lolvely and the portion sizes very generous. The cookies and cream/oreo cheesecake is delicious, I would highly recommend this!

Lovely food in a superb arcade in Norwich.

I visit this quaint little coffee shop fairly regularly with my partner, it's always a very pleasant atmosphere and a relaxing place to get a nice drink and enjoy a friendly chat, the staff team can be very nice and smiley, one fellow in particular always has a big grin and it's very welcoming.

Had a lovely cuppa during a break in my christmas shopping .Staff and other customers were very helpfull cinsidering I was disorganised, loaded down with bags and forgetting all my tea things eg spoons and sugar .good for chatting to random strangers lol.Very nice coffee stop

Found this place in one of the arcades in central Norwich. Obviously popular with shoppers and visitors to Norwich and thus quite busy. Coffee and cake to a very good standard and we would call again when next visiting Norwich.

Nice decor, pity about the very big increase of prices especially scones, cannot afford to visit every week 30p on a scone and small coffee is far far to much compared to other places.
