My main wasnt great so to make up for it i was offered a free main next time, i kindly declined. I then requested a desert unawear it was something they didnt do. They pulled out all the stops for me.!!!

Ordered at 7pm for 8:15pm delivery. At 8:50 we chased it up and we were told "it is on the way" (as expected). 25 mins later it still hadn't arrived so we chased it again. Man on the phone said they were busy and hung up. Driver was very apologetic at 9:15pm and had clearly faced a lot of other disappointed customers that had been lied to about their deliveries. Some of the food wasn't hot and felt undercooked. Not a good experience.
