Our man Johnny did good. The Crohns warrior looked incredible on stage and won himself some silverware. Getting to stage was hard, but he battled through it and looked the best he's ever looked. Johnny is a good example of someone not allowing themselves to be a victim. He never moaned, he very really mentioned his condition unless it was relevant to the prep. He just dug deep and got on with it. We had to take his condition on board, and so the plan was not always predictable. We had to make quick changes, when required. It's been a pleasure working with you mate. Hopefully you'll be back on stage next year. I feel there's more to come from you. Best of luck

This young girl absolutely OWNED it. First time on stage and she looked like a pro.
On stage, in the bikini class it's all about presentation. I say to my athletes practise, practise, practise. It can make the difference between you and your competitor. Well, Rachel had been practising alright. She absolutely lit up that stage.
... So proud of this girls achievements ! She has worked damn hard to get on that stage.. Believe me when I say next season you will see a whole new Rachel.

We absolutely smashed it. My amazing client loving every second of being on stage. 52 years old, and feeling the best she has felt since she was a teenager. We have worked together for around 14 months. Starting with rehabilitation and getting her walking properly without pain, then training legs for the first time in 7 years. She has undergone a massive fat loss transformation in the last 20 weeks losing 20kg. Health is a main focus for me, and Cath's transformation was done... slowly over a longer period of time. We used no chemicals, or stimulants and no old school stupid bodybuilding protocols getting her on stage. This little pocket rocket is 52 years young. We have worked together for 14 months now. She originally said to me it had been a long term ambition to get on stage and we began work on achieving this goal that very day.
Due to injury, and a foot neuroma Cath hadn't trained legs in 7 years. So we started off slow, but we have come a long way.
It's been one hell of a journey, let me tell you. I will be very proud to see her on stage. Every single workout, we have worked together.... Every single ounce of food in her food plans she has eaten. She has followed the plan to the letter.
This has been a long term project and she has made some significant improvements. Not just in body shape and appearance. We've also managed to treat and cure her foot neuroma through corrective training.
We started her prep about 16 weeks out and over those weeks we have lost 17kg or 37lbs. I made only slight changes to her diet, when necessary. I added moderate cardio starting at 20 mins, only maxing up to 60 mins per day for a few weeks. Cath is 100% natural, not even having a caffeinated coffee. No fat burners, nothing other than good food, and exercise. Ask her yourself. She has loved this prep. I used the analogy to her from day one, your prep should be like landing a plane. Slowly descending towards the runway, with a smooth landing. Well we bloody done it.

When we started working together Rachel was very slim and shapeless. She was under eating.
Increasing her food intake, allowed her to grow whilst staying lean. Her weight gradually went up, whilst her body fat went down.
... She has great focus, and determination. She gives it 100%. Never complains and she has religiously stuck to the plan, she is consistent with her training, works hard and she has the mindset of a winner.
This girl has potential to do great things. Keep your eye on this one.

I would like to wish my client Johnny Georgiou best of luck in his comp this weekend. Johnny is a long term sufferer of crohn's disease. Living with Crohn's disease can be difficult at times. Unpredictable flare-ups, can cause a lot of discomfort and disrupt work and your social life. Crohn's disease is a lifelong condition in which parts of the digestive system become inflamed. Having this condition, and prepping for a show is no easy task. I think Johnny will admit himself, it has been hard at times. But he has stuck with it, and is looking awesome. 13 months I've been working with my client Cath. We started her journey to stage back in August 2017.
Flat from an extended period on keto I started by changing her food plan. Introducing carbs back in, balancing her macros and put her on a slight calorie excess. We then developed a training system to suit her.
... She's followed the plan to the letter and never missed a workout.
Her hardwork and commitment over time is paying off. At 52 many her age may say they're too old. She's living proof age is just a number.
It's been an absolute pleasure working with Cath during this period and seeing her grow. This journey changes people in many ways. Yes Cath has changed visually. But she's also grown as a person.

Leg day with Catherine PinkLady Barker. We smashed it. Used an FST-7 approach, picked three exercises and repeated seven times. It's enough to make anyone swear. There's a few bleeps 🙉.
Cath is only 9 weeks out from her first ever show. Her results so far are amazing. Can't wait to see her on stage. It's been an incredible journey, watching her change.

I've been working with my prep client Rachel for 5 months and we are getting some great results. Increasing her food intake, has allowed her to grow and stay lean. Her weight is gradually going up, whilst her bodyfat is going down.

So ...i began having PT sessions with Matt in November more recently focusing on weight training...totally loving the sessions and the push to do something outside my comfort zone. Have recently completed the 21 day detox and I'm feeling really good..the new attitude to diet is fuelling my workouts effectively and i have more energy...ive also given up coffee!!!! I rate Matt...really approachable and knows his stuff, that much I've got my friends involved.

I was a bit worried about doing boot camp on Tuesday's at pink ladies as I had never done it before. But am finding it awesome. My fitness levels are increasing. The 45 minutes flies by, I really feel like I have done a proper work out. Definately recommend it.

Have known Matt just under a year now , as a member of corpus conditioning , I have the opportunity to attend his classes on Mondays and Wednesday ( Fridays in the summer ) . The classes are easy “ said no -one ever “ , I certainly am put through my paces , but would not have it any other way !!!! He is constantly changing things up , so nothing ever becomes repetitive , great guy , certainly knows his stuff , always approachable and motivational � .Does a sterling job ���
