Melanie Richards Hair Boutique... Doesn't quite cut it. They should rename it: Melanie Richards Hair GALLERY, because quite frankly, the stylists that work here are artists. I have been having my hair done by Talia for the best part of 3 years now, I have since moved well over 100 miles away and will still let her, and only her, touch my hair. Incredible customer service, gorgeous facilities and services offered and irrelevant to the very high number of customers they have, they still manage to make every trip personal and thoroughly enjoyable. Me and my mum visited this salon today, to be greeted with the most friendliest and bubbly staff! Both me and my mum have had really bad experiences with past salons, and are always apprehensive of trying something new. But I'm so happy we did! пҝҪ you can tell all staff we're passionate and enthusiastic, and actually cared about your hair. It was so refreshing, and had the best experience we've ever had in a salon. IвҖҷve finally found a hairdressers that IвҖҷm confident to go back to over and over. I can not recommend Natasha enough and loving my new summer ready cut and colour пҝҪ

I went in to treat myself to a whole new hair look and I came out thinking it looked better than I imagined it ever could I forgot how much I could love my hair till Friday evening the whole experience was so lovely I canвҖҷt thank Mel or Richard enough for what they did!

I went from a shoulder length style to a very short/pixie cut and was pretty nervous, but as soon as I met Talia she put my mind at ease. She's so knowledgeable and chatted me through every step, I can't recommend her highly enough! Love my new hair, and can't wait to come back!

I walked in there yesterday and showed the stylist a photo and she said to me I love challenge... She took her scissors and did exactly what i ask for! My first time and will be back.

I had the Kera straight treatment , and great lengths hair extensions installed. My hair has always been frizzy with extremely tight curls. Now my hair is so manageable with extra thickness and I feel so much more confident. I can wake up with no frizz and I spend 50% less time styling my hair.

Has been a loyal customer to Mel maybe more than 8 years now and witnessed the start of her own hair boutique. Was in a bit panic attack when she moved on from her old job to start her new boutique as we got lost in touch and my wedding was coming. Finally I found her in google and NEVER ever would I swap to any hairdresser, only Mel can do my hair in perfection! Genius, dedication and professional are what you find in her!!!!

Had my hair done today by their apprentice ( livetukas) and absolutely love it. Everyone is very friendly, polite and full of compliments. Livetukas made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and I love the way she talked me through everything and made sure I knew what she was doing so I understood fully. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning again in 6 weeks for a fresh colour and blow dry!пҝҪ

Had my hair done by Melanie today and I am absolutely over the moon. They're all trained to a high standard, inspired and really caring with their clients. I've had black, red and neon pink hair. Every time I have visited the salon they've not failed to bring back my bleach blonde. Cannot recommend this salon enough and will continue to travel from kings Lynn.

First time here, Talia did an absolutely amazing job!!! She talked me through everything from products to planning the style. I've never felt more comfortable and I am extremely picky when it comes to hair stylists. I'm from the US and living in the area for a few years, I won't go anywhere else for my hair. Considering before Talia, I hadn't been to a hairdresser in 2+ years due to unpleasant experiences, we've come along way. Starting off with a bad case of 'home ombrГ©' we went back to basics and dyed my hair back to its original brown and focused on getting it in better condition before thinking about anything else. Eventually I leaned towards the idea of blonde, which of course was going to be a journey due to the darkness of my hair + layers of old dye. Talia explained all this from the get go, got me in for a skin test and we began the transformation. Starting with a Brown with blonde highlights look, It took at least 3 visits to get it to a 'blonde with brown undertones' which i was happy with considering the starting colour of my hair. We played around with tones and colours for a while, ranging from a dark blonde to a really light blonde, until eventually going back to brown. Listen to your hairdresser when she says you don't want to go brown again, because my crazy for dark brown hair lasted all of a month and we began the process to blonde all over again, treating my hair with Olaplex due to the amount of bleaching. We got it back to blonde, with some hair work and cooperative hair, although I was always aware and told by Talia that we might not get it to a blonde that I was hoping for, understandably. Over the past year we've experimented with blues, greens, purples and greys, always taking into consideration the condition of my hair, which is something important to me, and clearly not only Talia but the other stylists too. I would gladly recommend Talia to anyone looking to change their hair either subtly or extreme, I've never left the salon disliking what she's done and she's always great at making sure I'm happy with what she's doing. She's the bomb пҝҪ

Absolutely in love with my platinum blonde hair,I've been having bleach h/l for a number of years and decided I wanted something with more coverage and brighter.We decided to do a bleach root tint with a toner to get my desired look,when discussing this change with Mel she went into great detail of the process of this and I new that even tho I'm blonde to get the white platinum look I wanted would take a number of times.would highly recommend Melanierichards as they make you feel warm and welcome and guide you each step of the way when it comes to your hair.

In person and through phone they are great at explaining everything and are very accomodating even the booking went so well. I especially commend Melanie my stylisf for bringing out the best in me and for understanding the the new look that I wanted to have and for executing it well!
