I am an experienced VA I love working with businesses that are growing and need support with those tasks that somehow take away from the main focus of the business! These are the very things I love doing. Some of the services I offer are -
- Customer Liaison - ensuring client requests are dealt with professionally and efficiently
- email management, diary management and travel planning
- Marketing - I work with clients to deliver their marketing strategy - including digital marketing and email marketing campaigns
- website updates with business news, blogs etc
- Accounts - preparing and presentation of monthly accounts and preparation of documents required for hand over to accountant
- Event planning
- Lifestyle services - arranging family holidays and days out, car repairs, restaurant bookings etc
- Logistics and project management - office moves, IT projects etc
- Lead generation and monitoring for new prospect and sales pipelines
