The Merseyside Nighthawks are an American Football Program based in Liverpool, UK. Currently playing in the top tier of UK American Football, and in the Top 4 clubs in the country, we currently have junior and senior kitted squads with a highly skilled coaching staff in place.

A bomb to Alex Eager for a long TD, and time expires finishing the game at 33-12. The long ride home starts, with 4-1!
QB5 Ben Robinson runs it in, and we tack the XP on. 27-12 up, into the 4th quarter, 12 minutes or so to go.
TOUCHDOWN NIGHTHAWKS!! A long drive downfield and it’s punched in from the 6 inch line by a leaping Harry Routledge. XP is good and we’re up 20-12!
Onside kick fails and the Wolves take it in, after a pick in the end zone is negated by a Questionable PI penalty. Two point conversion is stuffed in the back field. Nighthawks lead 13-12

Touchdown Routledge!!! Big push from the offensive line in goal line formation takes QB Routledge into the end zone for 6. The XP results in a QB scramble and is no good.

A missed FG deep in the Wolves territory gives Edinburgh the ball. Still 6-7 Nighthawks
An exchange of TDs as we score through FBI Igors Smelovs and the XP is good.
They hit straight back from a short field, but miss the FG. 6-7 Nighthawks lead.
Nighthawks receive the ball to start the game, drive it into the end zone only to be called for holding. Edinburgh ball in their own 5.
We are at Peffermill and ready to go. 2pm kick off here in Edinburgh.
Looks like we might be in for a nice settled afternoon in Edinburgh tomorrow!

Game 4 Special Teams MVP - Tatenda Zvarayi
As well as playing Running Back vs Manchester, Tate was exceptional in his special teams play on Sunday. Stuffing two returns with a tackle and an assisted tackle, he was always around the ball when the Titans were returning our kick offs. He also secured the onside kick attempt late in the game to snuff out any hope of a Manchester comeback.
