The Discfunctional rode the Dunwich Dynamo last night from Hackney to Dunwich totalling 112 miles! Team :Steph Peter Greg Katrina Richard Loubi Loo .. Starting at 7:30 pm we rode through the scary traffic out of London then through the countryside of Essex to Suffolk. Lots of undulating roads with lots of crazy cyclists and some awesome food stops and a welcome double expresso at Needham lake! The welcome sound of the sea at Dunwich was a sight for our tired eyes! Peter, R...ichard and Tom rode the extra miles home where some of us sensible ones got a lift in a warm car!! A must for the avid cyclistπŸš΄πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸš΄β€β™‚οΈπŸ˜

Bib number 29 if you fancy tracking my progress through Scotland. Starting in Edinburgh at 4am tomorrow, Run to North Queensferry, pickup the bike and cycle to Kinlochleven, transition from bike to run upto summit of Ben Nevis and finish at Fort William before midnight. πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸš²πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ Here goes

A hot but successful training run from the gym today. Happy with the pace but I’m sure this I’ll drop during the City to Summit event..

Think I might be a bit rusty at Body Blitz tomorrow morning after today activities... Hope to see everyone for Body Blitz at 10am Also Circuit Training at 6.30pm

18 mile trail training run this morning along Peddars way.. comfortable pace with pack/kit to use during the City to Summit event.. not sure about the new Salomon Ruck but will persevere with it at this late stage.. 100 mile Cycle and 5k run tomorrow Morning... looking forward to getting back to normal life πŸ˜‚ πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸš΄β€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ
