We had a magical time in Mindful Movers today! Using our imaginations to explore in the snow, build a huge snowman and ride in a sleigh pulled by reindeer’s! We ended our journey with a relaxing enchanted forest meditation ☺️☃️🦌🌟

⭐️⭐️Christmas/New Year themed meditation this weekend. Spaces available⭐️⭐️
We’re into the last 2 weeks of sessions before the end of the year!
Please let us know if you would like to come along. Equally if you have booked and can no longer make it, we ask that you kindly let us know with 24 hours notice so that we can make a decision on whether to run a session if the numbers are low.
... At this time of year, we find that not everyone is able to make their sessions, but we would appreciate if if you would get in touch the day before unless the circumstances prevent it.

⭐️The sessions on 8 Dec and 13 Dec will be Christmas and New Year themed and are charity sessions. This means that the session will not be counted as a charged session so you do not require your pass. We are accepting donations only for Barnardo’s at those sessions.⭐️

Good morning!
We have space in our Mind and Soul classes this week. We would love to help you leave the world behind for a little while, to rest and recharge.
Classes are on -... Thursday, 7-8pm at Limekilns Scout Hall, and Saturday, 2-3pm at Inspirefit Studio.
As it’s getting a little cooler now, please wrap up or bring an extra blanket to keep cosy!
Clients with passes just need to message or comment to book a place, and we have a pay as you go option also, at £7:50 per class.

We are almost coming to the end of our first 12 months as a company. 😍 It’s gone incredibly fast, and the last 6 months have seen the most astounding developments for us! I don’t think we can be prouder of what we have achieved this year.
2019 is going to be a busy year for us, and we want to start that year, with spreading the word even further, about our work, as well as spread some joy to you. So here is our last competition of 2018 and the instructions! 😁😁

What better way to relax on a rainy cold day, than tucking ourselves up and resting through guided meditation. Today we are going to explore a seated mindful warmup with gentle spinal twisting and seated stretching, and then lie down to simply let go in the warmth and the quietness. ... We are delighted and proud to announce the launch of:
MIND & BARRE A focused meditation to mentally prepare us, followed by movement inspired by Dance, Yoga, Pilates and functional Training. Together we will sculpt and stretch the amazing body.
Commencing 10 January 2019 on THURSDAYS 1800-1845
MIND & WAIST Yes... the body part kind! Mind & Waist, is our New Years weight management class. We combine the inspiration of guided meditation, with exercises appropriate for you. We focus on the mental aspects of slimming, the challenges and changes of this lifestyle adaptation, giving you the option to monitor your weight with us every week. Structured meditation focused on acceptance and encouragement, will further inspire you to keep working towards your long term goals.
Commencing 9th January 2019 on WEDNESDAYS 0930-1030
MINDFUL MOVERS Our amazing sessions for our teeny tinys aged 5-11 are coming to Limekilns! Mindful Movers is structured to encourage your child as they explore their imaginations, their creativity, and their mental health and wellness. This is done through a variety of movement and meditation.
Commencing 9 January 2019 on WEDNESDAYS 1600-1645
We will provide more details in relation to how you can book, pay, etc, as well as answer any questions you may have at any time. Please feel free to message us, and keep an eye on our page for more information in relation to our new sessions.

Well I attended my very first Mindfulness session on Saturday..I had no idea what to expect but I have to say I kept an opened mind and just embraced the whole experience. I’m a 100miles an hour kinda person so this was really good for me. I felt the 2 hours was long enough but I was so chilled and relaxed by the end of it. Both ladies were fab, the room was also fabulous and I would highly recommend others to book and go along and experience one of these workshops. Thanks again lovely ladies and wish you every success. Xx

Well , it was a beautiful experience of lots of meditation, mindfulness affirmations and a total relaxation for 2 hours , that’s what a busy housewife like me needed, loved it. Thank you Susan Wilson and Shelley Martin.
