Went today with my Sis. Amazing desserts and ice cream. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Decor was beautiful! Definitely recommend this place for a treat. Oh and the price was great too. Can’t wait to go again.

Visited yesterday as part of a baby shower which I had been part of organising. From the very beginning stage of booking the table they were helpful and polite. We were a big party so when we got there they didn't rush us to sit us down. Food and drinks ordered with no issues, everyone was very happy with the food, it was very tasty! Will definitely be visiting again!

Visited today with my brother and pops! We all tucked into our desserts which were all delicious. Lovely service and would certainly recommend. Can’t wait to come back! Reasonably priced too for a city centre establishment! Xx

Visited this afternoon, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The ice cream was amazing and a fab coffee too. Can’t wait to come back and try more!!

Visited here today for the 2nd time. My last visit it was really quiet but pleased to see it busier today. Had a panini followed by cookie dough and ice cream. What’s not to love! Prices really good. All the staff were welcoming and very accommodating. I came in with a big pushchair and they didn’t mind me using a larger table. Toilets and facilities lovely and clean. Good sized changing area for children. Good selection of food and drink and much nicer and cheaper than costa! Only negative I would say was they needed a soap refill in the loos (sorry guys!) everything else was top notch! Definitely my go to place in Norwich now �

The staff, are more than willing to help with any dietary requirements-that you may require-and will explain to you in detail the menu , again with a warm friendly smile - and ensure , that all is satisfactory, and a enjoyable,memorable one , during your visit...



Also the extended Monday to Saturday , opening hours- 8am to 8pm, allows for” Breakfast, Lunch and Tea” - which is ideal for the Business Community, Local Employees, Tourists and Visitors to the City



Regular visitors , can also obtain a “Mindoro Loyalty Card”, which allows you to obtain points, and enjoy a wide range of exceptional promotions, and special offers- only available to registered Clients

Amazing. Just amazing. My favourite place to have coffee. I can’t rave about this place enough. Love it.

We visited 30th May at 1pm. On arrival greeted with eye contact and taken to a table, unfortunately the young lady then ignored our need for a menu, for 3 visits to the table next to us whilst she cleaned it, then she realized we hadnt got one. On taking the order, she did not write it down, but memorized it, spoke it back to us correctly, but when it arrived i got a crepe, not a waffle, so we had to wait for my dessert whilst my partner ate his panini. He was asked if wanted anything else, to which said mustard please, but none ever arrived. One last thing, please serve napkins with the cutlery, eating ice cream etc can be messy, we had none.

Food wise it was lovely, the stars are for that, the 2 lost stars are for service.
