MJB Sports Therapy is a Watford based sports therapy service that offers full injury assessment, sports massage and strength and conditioning services.

MJB Sports Therapy are dedicated to your sporting health and well being. We offer a range of services to cater for everyone's needs.

Services offered include both sports therapy and Strength and Conditioning, catered to meet your needs, whether you are looking to stay fit and healthy or whether you are an elite athlete aiming to reach your peak performance.

We offer a range of treatments including full sports injury assessment, electrotherapy, prehabilitaion (prevention of injury), rehabilitation following an injury, sports massage and tailored treatment / training programmes.

MJB Sports Therapy also offers mobile sports therapy and massage treatments. As well as offering a mobile strength and conditioning service to sports clubs, where we will come and take sessions at your club.

Weekend appointments are available, we also provide special rates for block bookings and are open to creating partnerships with local sports teams.
