We had my daughter’s 5th birthday there yesterday, 14th April 2018, and it was brilliant. Ella kept the children entertained, parents informed and the party going. Her tattoo and face painting skills were fabulous and she does a great disco. Thank you Monkey Madness, you are improving all the time.

Took my 2 year old there today as it’s his birthday, and not only did he play for free he was given a card, balloon and some sweets.

All off the managers own back.

The 2nd year in a row! The staff were Amazing.... jack was our party host and did a fantastic job in coordinating everything for us.

The kids had an amazing time running around and climbing,food and service were excellent!

My seven year old had a laser tag party at Monkey Madness today and it was brilliant. He and his friends played two games of laser tag and had hot food followed by ice cream. We also had the sweetie cone party bags which were big and vey full - the kids were full. Our party hostess was Ella and she was brilliant. She was amazing with the children and really helpful and made everything easy. We really didn't have to do anything! Would definitely recommend and will be back for more parties in the future. Thanks you Ella and Monkey Madness.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to your team today. I called yesterday to see if you had room to accommodate a small party because our previous plans had been cancelled due to the weather.

Your manager David was really helpful and organised everything for us and even managed to find us a room to use as a base.

The kids had a brilliant time racing around your huge soft play and we found the staff al very helpful and friendly. So it really saved my sons 4th birthday. Thanks again!

I booked my daughter's birthday party at Monkey Madness. Unfortunately she was ill on the day of the party. Myself and my older daughter went along anyway as all her friends were coming. On arrival after explaining that the birthday girl was ill Monkey Madness could not have been kinder. They let the guests play for 2 hours and let us reschedule the party for the following week at no extra charge!!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone

Hadn’t been for a while but recommended it again by a friend. Facilities have been upgraded since my last visit, clean & tidy and good to have the band system in place to keep weekends ticking through. Lovely polite staff who were making their way round to clear away rubbish and serve the food. My only suggestion is some lockers so that we didn’t have to leave nappy change bags and valuables with tables and friends so would free up some tables if not needed.

Great venue with polite staff. It is nice as a vegan family to be able to come here and not only have a soya latte but can have the chips as they are cooked separately and have a selection of vegan suitable snacks. Top job �

Was here Sunday and It's really well priced with food and entry, unlike the ark in Poole these guys do kids lunch boxes where you pick everything that your child wants and they do jugs of squash, they are great at keeping the under threes area for that age range, the staff are really friendly and helpfull, the only thing I would say is the toilets could use a reagular check/ clean as kids use them so they were a bit of a mess as it was so busy so would recommend every few hours just checking and giving them quick clean, and maybe having a limit on how many people enter the building as it was so busy that kids were running round the chairs cause the play area was so busy which might be quite dangerous but apart from that love this place and will go again :)

Really nice safe place for kids to play, but come on guys get on top of the housekeeping . Ridiculous amount of dust on equipment..... Yuck!!!

Went today for the first time with my 11 month old. It was ok! It could definitely do with a freshen up and a good clean. The toilet floors were wet to the point I was slipping around in my trainers and the highchairs were sticky with old food down the base. I bought my daughter a cheese sandwich which did have mould on it but the young male member of staff dealt with this very well and gave me my money back which I wasn't expecting.

Would have been nice to have seen some staff walking around the play areas as there were some older children in the under 4s area. I think it will be a bit expensive once my daughter is over 1 (especially having to pay for the adult) but I will probably return as isn't far from where I live-just maybe not stay for lunch!

My husband and I took our four children here yesterday , 2/1/17.. Was quite expensive for all of us, especially seeing as you have to pay for adults as well. . The centre was clean with plenty of seating even though very busy.. A little disappointed that there wasn't staff keeping an eye on the big slide as there were children climbing up the sides and others throwing balls at kiddies coming down the slide

Parents should keep an eye on their children but when some don't other parents feel they can't tell other people's children to stop.. saw a baby get a ball straight in the face as she came down with her dad.

Also toilets were absolutely filthy with no toilet roll in one and water all over the floor, just glad I had my shoes on, but obviously the children in the centre don't have their shoes as they hand them over on entering the building.. don't think it was actually water over the floor in the cubicle either..

My granddaughters had great fun when we went on Saturday very busy as it was raining so I think everyone had the same idea & a few parties going on but we got 2 hours to have fun. I did think 90p for a packet of crisps was rather Extreme !!!!

Toilets could definitely do with a good clean and tidy up & maybe freshen up with decor !!

My 2 year old son loves it there but I think the place needs to be refurbished. Those mats in the little play area are so filthy, half of the balls in a ball pit are either broken or squashed and the carpets are so dirty. Such a shame when you compare it to the other soft play areas for example in Poole Tower Park or in Bournemouth centre these are spotless they even have more different climbing areas and they are so clean. Monkey Madness definitely needs a revamp.

It's a good sized soft play centre, but in dire need of a serious re-furbishment and thorough clean. It's incredibly smelly (it hits you when you walk in). There are bits of food all over the floor, the apparatus is dusty, the sofas are falling apart. So as parents we're not too impressed but the kids are having fun so not all bad. I just hope they don't catch anything :/

We travelled 40 minutes just for disappointment... we heard it was very good for babies/toddlers. We brought our 7 month old expecting it to be really good but we got there and all there was for babies was a ball pit which was filthy! The floor was covered in food as well as the tables and sofas. There were older children in the 0-3 area running around kicking and throwing the balls. The staff were extremely unfriendly and looked very unhappy to be there. A child in the bigger area was climbing up the slide and one of the staff members were almost screaming at him to get down... We will not be returning, waste of £3 entry for me and my partner and a waste of petrol.
