Why have you put the Quorn products in the Meat isle ? As a vegetarian I have to walk past the butchery & past all the packaged meat. It used to be by the vegetables.

Just want to say a big thank you to the staff in store today when my little boy fell over. We were immediately taken care of and taken to the first aid room. Super friendly and super caring. The lady that did the first aid was called Laura, I’m unsure of the other lady’s name but she had short blonde hair and really cool glasses. Thank you ladies! Patrick has a big fat lip but he’s fine �

Somtimes not able to get what u want but can ask a member of staff and they will try there best to find out when they next in or if any in warehouse or if we might be able to order some extra in for you with a friendly customer service desk that will try there best to help u with any question you may have also can order food from there for any functions with at least 2 days notice we do glass hire fresh market Street departments fish deli salade pizza oven fresh cake shop bakery butchers also photo printing with Mac spielmann and dry cleaning timpsons coinstar if u need to cash up loose change for small fee toilets disabled and baby and toddler battery bottles and bag recycling flower department we also try I best to have all checkouts open at busy times and Tabacco and lottery available

Food was good service not so older lady brought out our food she had dark tattoos on her arm . Found her very miserable she brought out my soup and I said could I have a spoon pls there none up there she came and filled them and never came and gave me a spoon .I got it myself which was fine but I just though not very good customer service. I work in this industry and I always go out of my way for customers maybe she needs some training

I am totally disappointed.went in sat night .to see empty shelves .some aisles nothing on for 3 to 4 meters. The freezers were disgusting .empty in parts.on a good point the cashier was a lovely lady .but I won't be shopping in there again in a hurry.in future I will go to other shops.not wasting my time .

Morrisons Diss Norfolk

There is an automated system in the store that takes the staff from filling the shelves and makes them go and work on the tills. Whilst you can appreciate not having to wait to long before you can get through this process. It would be great if you could staff the tills adequately so this doesn't happen. The shelves are empty because of this and I'm seriously considering going elsewhere. Whilst trying to get my incomplete grocery shopping I spoke with other customers in the store. They are of the same opinion and will also be getting their shop elsewhere. This is a big problem Morrisons. Won't be long before this retailer will be closing down for good.

Gone seriously downhill in past two years. Empty shelves. Sad looking meat and fish counters. Looks unkempt.
