I love this shop but... I am a singleton. Why can't I buy 1 little gem lettuce, or 1 of the others you only sell in packs of 2?

Early visit to cafe so not busy

Endless coffee and breakfast omelette really good value

Called in to buy a new baby balloon, Susan and Gena could not have been more helpful, their product knowledge , enthusiasm and willingness to help added to my special day, our first great grandson was born. We bought a lovely basket with champagne and baby items with great balloons . Thanks girls

Something has happened to your store over the last few months. It is as though people who work are not welcome in your store. When I come after work the veg shelves are empty and it has not just happened once it has happened several times. You obviously just want the old and unemployed in there. It looks like you are a shop closing down

Just been to Morrison cafe and was disgusted by the service. Ordered two meals with mash. When it came it was disgusting. The potato was brown and disgusting. Asked could it be changed and when spoke to the ‘chef’ she said. “That’s how it comes out the tin!’ Tin! I said you must admit it doesn’t look right. Normally it’s really nice. She shrugged and said “I don’t like mash. Wouldn’t know!” Bit of a shame as normally the food and service is lovely. Put off now mind

On occasion i visit your cafe and each time i visit there is a pile of Sun newspapers on offer to buy whilst i eat my meal. No alternative newspaper is available. Whilst i appreciate alternative newspapers are available to purchase instore, i would like to know why a right wing paper has been selected to be promoted at this point of sale.

Who makes the decision to deliberately promote right wing journalism in your stores.

I can only presume your managers are told to do this from a decision made higher up the chain. I have also noticed the same ploys with this newspaper happening in cinemas and airports. This is blatant prejudice and something i would like explained to me.

Thanks in anticipation of your reply

Not impressed, empty shelves, poor choice, and poor use by dates, there’s certainly nothing super about this market.

Morrisons has changed so much over the last few months . Their shelves stay empty for days now, No matter what time you go in and the selection has been drastically reduced . Have shopped here’s since it opened but will be going elsewhere now. Very disappointed

I had selected 3 items for any 3 for £10 on fish. Discount didn’t go through. Queued at the customer service desk. No one about. Walked to the self service who told me to go to customer service. I said no one was there. She walked me to customer service to find out what I already knew. No one was there. She made enquiries. Turns out the person on customer service was serving on the kiosk as it was busy. That’s fine but as they are literally feet away from each other had she not noticed me standing and looking around for ages. So I was sent to the back of a queue of 9 people at the kiosk to get customer service from a different desk. That customer service was I was probably wrong. I couldn’t have looked right. Someone probably put it in the wrong place. I haven’t got time to check even though you tell me you have. Here’s your two pound. You’re still wrong attitude. I checked twice and I was right!!!!!! I have my £2 but I am not impressed by the “customer service”
