Whenever we are in the city we choose to have elevenses at Muffin break. Gluten free products are a must and this place always provides a delicious number of muffin options. I endorse the views above regarding the coffee, it is truly wonderful and superior to Starbucks(too milky and frothy) and Costas(blend varies day to day and can be exceedingly bitter). A visit is highly recommended. Staff always friendly and polite. Five stars from me.

Went yesterday for the first time with my daughter, we loved it coffee, was so nice I had a sandwich? it was not what I first thought it was going to be, but the girl that brought it to me was so nice and kind she went made me a new one and came back later to make sure I was happy with it,was a lovely and very kind girl, and it was the best cheese and onion sandwich I have had in a very long time. It was a lovely place to sit and have a chat wile drinking our my coffee and cappuccino that my daughter had. When we left all the staff said thank you and good bye .Will be going back for sure,

Went today with my daughter and granddaughter and was so chuffed to find they done dairy free muffins it was absolutely lovely, had the black forest one, the man serving was lovely and friendly and so helpful didn't feel rushed when choosing and ordering our food will defiantly be going back when I go to Norwich again x

Went in yesterday to treat my mum to lunch and was served by the owner and his very friendly staff, we were both unsure about the smoothies as we hadn't had one before, and the manager was very happy to tell us about them, he even came over to make sure everything was okay before he was finished for the day! Brilliant service, and very tasty food! Will definitely be back, especially for one of their smoothies! �

We always come in for a coffee and cake, when ever we go into Norwich, used to be the coffee shop opposite best we love this place now, even for my son and his girlfriend addicted to the place �

The staff are friendly, funny and very helpful, nothin seems to much trouble for them, it’s lovely that you always get a hello when u arrive , and a bye when you leave, wish more coffee shops had the same approach to their customers.

Very tasty gluten free sweet and savoury muffins and smooth delicious coffee. Staff very knowledgeable of products and aware of importance of keeping gf foods away from normal food this is our 3rd visit we will be back again soon

This is my new favourite cafe! Staff are very friendly. They provide a variety of sweet & savoury foods. I find the food more interesting than chain cafes like Costa & Starbucks & you get more for your money. I love the spinach & feta pie & the sausage rolls are yummy. Obviously the muffins are delicious! The only thing I would like to see is some filled donuts & it'd be perfect.

Sitting here with a compelling urge to tell all about such friendly, personal service from the owner and team. Very impressed with tuna crunch wrap and the latte... highly recommend for a quick stop in the castle mall.

Never been in before, had a laugh at the name, but that's just our dirty minds! We had the best ever hot chocolate, with cream and marsh mallows, it was rich and creamy chocolate, the staff were friendly and polite, we will be back for sure, next time leaving our dirt minds behind!

My new morning coffee! The caramel latte is fantastic and the staff are always great, when I do eat in the food is always very fresh and tasty too!

I love the muffin shakes and the scones I have been In their twice now once on Sunday and again today I prefer this to costa much nicer , its a lovely place to eat or just have a drink .

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this little gem! I come here with my mate weekly as a treat. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with happy staff who straightaway acknowledges you which is a huge bonus. The food is amazing. We usually have a bacon bap with a cup of tea to start us off and then we come back for lunch. The desserts are heavenly especially the mud cake! We would not go anywhere else in the city to have breakfast and lunch. I've recommended muffin break to all my friends. If you haven't been then what you waiting for!?

First visited it when it first opened back in 2015, Staff have always been friendly and service has always been excellent. It is rare to find a true 5 star cafe but this place is just that and the fact that there has been no other review that is anything but 5 stars speaks volumes to the managment and staff of this branch and the working culture. Good choice of food and drinks on offer and its always clean and tidy which is so important for customer exprience. Also the cafe is fitted out to a high standard aswell with plenty of seating inside and additional seating in the mall. Look forward to my next visit when im next in Norwich. Keep up the good works guys!

First time here. Myself and the kids the loved it. The muffins are great. X can recommend the banana and coconut gluten free muffin it was lush.

Excellent service! Visited today and the girl serving was more than happy to put my BLT sandwich that I had purchased in their fridge to keep cold whilst I waited another 30 mins for my friend. I wanted to get the sandwich whilst they had it, as there were only 2 left and theres not many fillings I like. The girl in question had blue hair, slim build, young and was very friendly and helpful - please pass on my thanks to her! The sandwich itself was very tasty, with really good quality thick cut bacon. The atmosphere is great - busy enough but not too busy that it feels overcrowded which is how it should be! I didnt have a cake but omg they all look so devine - especially the red velvet cake, chocolate mud make (something like that) and of course all the muffins! I will definitely be returning in the future to sample more things - think this could well be my new favourite place! :D

Come here regular before work and on breaks. Amazing staff, amazing food and amazing coffee. They definitely live up to their guarantee. Exceptional place and more than worth the money. Cannot fault them at all even if I tried. Would strongly recommend coming here, you will not be disappointed. I don't normally do reviews and this place has blown me away!

Can't believe I've never visited before now. My hot chocolate was without a doubt the best one I've ever had and believe me I've tried loads. I am incredibly fussy when it comes to hot chocolate but this was superb! Lovely friendly staff who go out of their way to assist. Can't stop raving about it will definitely be popping in again and will make sure I try out one of the delicious looking muffins next time

Absolutely adore the blueberry muffin milkshakes and the flat white. Very convenient as my course is just around the corner. Everyone is friendly and polite and the cakes are gorgeous. Well worth it.

Bacon and egg rolls, you even get asked how you want the egg, shame the bacon isn't crispier.... But quality. I'd give 5 stars if the hot food accompanied the hot drink, not arrive after I've drunk most of it. But all in all, my go to coffee shop. Oh yes, clear and clean the tables quicker.
