Sorry everyone but Munchies will be CLOSED this Sunday 8th July to allow us to attend a family wedding.

We had our routine Environmental Health inspection this morning, and we are very pleased to report we were awarded another maximum 5, with no issues at all! We have all the correct procedures in place, but it is also down to our fantastic staff who are really diligent in all aspects of cleanliness and hygiene rules.

Nice of them to use Munchies colours.

BIG DAY tomorrow, the first Great Yarmouth Airshow. We really don’t quite know what to expect in the way of numbers at the cafe so we are only going to do takeaway food. Bacon and sausage rolls, burgers, chips - ham, cheese and tuna rolls, tea and coffee, and of course lots of cold drinks and ice-creams. There will be no tables and chairs out in the mornings. The forecast is for dry weather both days at the moment so it all looks very promising for a fantastic weekend for Great Yarmouth. We hope that everyone who visits has a safe, enjoyable and thrilling day.

They’ve started building our extension!

It’s the Graet Yarmouth Airshow this weekend, and due to the anticipated number of visitors Munchies will ONLY be serving TAKEAWAY food and drinks, with a restricted selection. We will be open both days from 8:00 to around 19:30. It should be a great weekend so do come and enjoy the show.

AT LAST !!!!! Work began today on the boating lake. This time next year it should be looking very different.

It was lovely to welcome Ken to Munchies this week to celebrate his 93rd birthday. Look forward to doing it again next year!

Popped in today for the first time with my hubby and 2 grandchildren. Only had coffee, cake and milkshake but all of these were lovely, it's a very friendly relaxed little place and we will be back, great to find out its dog friendly too!

My husband and I absolutely love this place! Great coffee, beautiful home made cakes and the owners and staff are such nice people. Very dog friendly and over looking a lovely part of the beach. We have told many of our friends to visit and they haven't been disappointed either!!

My friend Ken (and Florence the dog) is yarmouth born and bred and he will be 91 years young tomorrow (Tuesday 31st) Anyone who know's Ken please do pop along to munchies cafe on seafront any time around 2 for cup of tea and cake - he would be so thrilled. Lovely friendly place. We stopped off here for lunch on the day we arrived for our holiday, then again on the day we left. Would recommend to anyone that loves a good fry up :-)

Lovely fresh cooked breakfast, lovely staff, fantastic home made cakes, I mainly go there for breakfast, it's a fantastic place to go sit an relax before a busy day, thank you mark an Margit xx

Lovely cafe. Visited yesterday with our dog. Lovely coffee, scrummy cake and the owner came out with treats for every dog sitting outside. Recommend for anyone fancying a nice walk along the dunes at Yarmouth 😊

Lovely area to walk the dog in the morning, followed by breakfast. Vegetarian breakfast is excellent too. Plus, sausage for the dog in a dog bowl!

I and my friends live in Caister and Yarmouth we find Munchies a lovely friendly relaxing cafe where dogs are welcome plus food very nice. A happy place to enjoy a cuppa and meet friends.

Great food, good quality and great value for money!! Oh and if you happen to bring your dog along he will be well looked after. This is by far and away the best cafe along the prom

Brilliant place a seaview with all the trimmings... friendly staff and mark the owner always gives a friendly hello , popping out to meet n greet you with a treat for all the dogs that are outside aswell

As someone who likes to eat out I visit many places in the yarmouth area. My favourite is usually a full English breakfast so I've tried one in just about every cafe, hands down though Munchies does the best big breakfast out there. Well worth the money and the products are fresh and top quality. Friendly and welcoming staff with a meal that sees you through the day, can't ask for more than that.

Always stop here for a coffee and to make a fuss of the beautiful dogs that visit with their owners. Pleasant staff, lovely coffee, reasonably priced.
