Let's begin with the fact that they are run by two nice women, and their commitment is impressive, they take care of every detail and have a huge knowledge that inspires trust. I will mention that I do not usually actively train or care for my health and body, so it is known that I was resistant to "see and experience". I must admit that I am very impressed with how such treatments can affect the body but also the mind. They are created for each of us, both those who consistently improve their body as well as those who do not have time, desire or motivation. This is my opinion, I like it, I feel great and I want more! You can see for yourself, maybe it's just something you just need ... Lovely place run by 2 lovely ladies. After 2 sessions I can already see results. I’ve seen the results of a lady after 3 weeks- amazing ! If your not into going to the gym this is the place to go. Fast results, one on one guidance at an affordable price and very relaxing. Looking forward to my next session.

I’ve been going to Muse for about 7 weeks now, initially purchasing the diamond package special offer consisting of the body rollers, vacutreadmill, lymphodrainage and 5D machines. I enjoyed the experience so much I’m now carrying on with the rollers which are amazing. Overall, my body has firmed up, especially my lower half, with the small amount of cellulite now practically gone. Of course, healthy eating and exercise are helping too but these machines have helped to make a huge difference by toning up my legs and bottom! The girls who own this business are so warm and welcoming that it is such a pleasure to visit. I’ll be continuing treatments with Muse for some time yet. I love this place!!

I've done 3 sessions in Muse body shaping studio and I'm very impressed. The rollers are great to help your circulation and get rid of unwanted cellulite. I can see results already. Treadmill and a bike with the support of a vacum and infra red light make you burn so many more calories than a regular equipement in the gym. Burnt nearly 1000 calories from just half hour of each, walking and cycling and I didn't even feel out of breath, which on regular machines would not be possible. Marta and Kasia are very professional and friendly, they explained everything very clearly each time I went and stayed with me during my work out to make sure I'm doing it correctly and achiving optimum results. The price is competitive and there have special deals if you buy a package. The space is just lovely, bright and clean and very inviting. Can really relax in there even though I'm working out. My plan is 2 to 3 sessions a week and I'm sure the results will be great after just a month. I would recommend Muse to anyone who is looking to slimmer down and improve their body shape in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

I started my fitness journey yesterday. The equipment they have is very impressive. After filling out an initial, detailed health questionnaire, I started the work out with the roller and was shown and talked through various activities by very experienced staff. This was followed by the vacu-treadmill (the infrared light kept me nice and warm), ending in the lymphatic massage suit...mmm...relaxing... Can‚Äôt wait to go back againÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹ
