The Museum of Happiness is a grass-roots, not-for-profit community organisation that shares the science and art of happiness in playful ways. We do this through events, workshops, trainings and family friendly festivals.

I don't know about you guys, but I feel Self-Care and Self-Compassion is easy to understand theoretically...But muuuuuch harder to practice in reality! Do you agree or is it just me!? 😊
For me, it was this Mindful Self-Compassion course/retreat with Kind Mind Academy that was the difference that made the difference! ❤️
I thought I was pretty kind to myself already! I'd read all the books, watched the TEDx talks, even taught about it! 🤔
... But now, I feel I truly understand what it feels like to be able to put my own needs first and realised that it doesn't make you unkind or selfish too! 💡
In fact, it actually helped me to be kinder and more balanced in myself so that I could actually support those around me much more effectively! 🙏
And that's because I'd learned how to TRULY, fill my own cup up first! ☕
If you or somebody you know would benefit from a kinder relationship with themselves, more Self-Care and Self-Compassion in their lives-you can join us next week! Yaaaay! There are a few spots left! :-)

I have attended many events at the Museum of Happiness also enjoyed volunteering. Variety and Diversity of activities and people in a thriving and happy environment. I would highly recommend a visit ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I fell in love with this place, it's amazing, words can not describe how incredible this is. The people are a delight to meet and so friendly. This is one of the best hidden gems in London �
