So delighted with the service from myRaceKit. Delivery each time has been super speedy and customer care has been second to none. Was unexpected to receive a personal phone call to inform me the shoes I sent for velcro stitching where damp and it would damage if stitched immediately, was updated by text on progress and then received shoes back express delivery within 3 days of me posting out - superb above and beyond customer service

Really friendly and honest advice. They were well aware I had no idea about socks and rather than selling me everything,advised me to try out one pair first and then order more when and if required. Brilliant

Ordered a ultra vest and when it turned up it was not suitable....(my fault)... Returned the product and arranged an exchange. Sorted no issues and had phone calls to ensure I was happy within 2 days had the replacement I chose... If all suppliers was like this the world would be a happier place for me.... Made a last minute order on Tuesday to replenish race food packs for RingOFire this friday, along with some goo to try and fight off trench foot and blisters with 3 days of coastline and beaches coming up. My order arrived at lunchtime today. Great service thanks Colin and appreciated the call to sort out a replacement for out of stock item. Brilliant. Cheers!
