OUR TIPS ! - HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS FOR SAUNA AROMATHERAPY
Natural essential oils are very condense products and they do not dissolve in water, that is why we have prepared several tips for you on how to use them in a dry sauna to avoid burning them:
Use essential oils being fully convinced of their healing capabilities and enjoying their wonderful aroma.
... Do not use the oils directly on hot sauna stones.
Carefully administer the dose of the essential oil. It is always better to use one drop too few than to use too many. Always adjust the number of drops to the size of the sauna.
The best thing to do is to use a crushed ice cube with the pre-prepared oil placed on top. The ice will cool down the stones and protect the oil from the heat.
If you do not have any crushed ice then mix the oil well with hot water and pour this mix onto the pre-cooled stones.
