Only complaint was there was no warning that the toilets were downstairs and it was a long & difficult trip for me as I have mobility issues. Don't forget your radar key if you have one.

My husband and I went to lunch at Nando's with two friends food was great and mango and coconut ice cream was even better

Food was nice, same as any other Nando’s. Staff slightly miserable.

I would love to come in to work to serve food while playing with my hair or playing on my phone showing colleagues humorous (none work related) videos.



Check back at the table when I had finished my meal and my partner was almost finished. The quality of the food was as expected but as far as your FOH staff conducted themselves, another story!

I regularly visit this Nando's with friends but this particular time was awful. Went out for a team meal with work colleagues I was the first one to order my food and the last one to receive it. Waited nearly half an hour and all my work colleagues had finished there food before asking about mine. It eventually turned up the manager was very apologetic as he had served me originally but was not happy as as had to watch everyone else eat and then eat mine on my own. Never had this experience before but really had put me off going there.

Food is fine but the service and attitude of the staff led a lot to be desired.

Our main meals were served quickly but I made the mistake of paying for deserts at the same time. 40 minutes after we finished it mains, we were still waiting. I approached the manager who was very apologetic and asked the girl who had taken my original order to sort it.

5 mins later she came over with a face like a spanked backside with the deserts, one of which was wrong. She huffed and walked away without saying a word. Another five minutes later she came over and slammed the cheesecake on the table and walked away.

If it had been my fault that the deserts were late and wrong, you’d expect some attitude but this was down to her forgetting. Won’t be going back there in a hurry if she is working. Pretty disgusting when you’re paying over £50 for 3 mains and two deserts.

Disappointed as it was mine and my wife's 1st time just shown where to sit and had to work out what to do, ordering food at the till and drinks and asked myself about getting cutlery.
