really impressed with this place took my 7year old for the first time today the equipment was really impressive with several different things in each area with varied difficulties meaning my son and my brother could enjoy it at the same time and each time around was slightly different for them .The staff could not be faulted both upstairs in the eating area and down within the arena were all really accommodating and helped on equipment if needed while we were upstairs staff took time to chat to my son . The dining area was lovely really clean and set out so you could see almost all of the equipment and really reasonably priced the menu was alot better than i was expecting and will definitely planning on having tea here next time we come. Cant wait for our next visit for £9 its really good value for money!

Well what can I say! Absolutely amazing and the staff were so accomdating and helpful. They had the "I can attitude!"

I went tonight with my son and his cubs group.

Leo has got disabilities so I new tonight was going to be a big challenge especially to access everything.

But right from the word go the staff came and helped me with Leo and made sure he did everything he wanted to do.

"Ben" went that extra mile to help Leo and made sure he could do everything! So a big thankyou to him!

You have totally amazing staff and I will definitely recommend it to anyone who asks!

Leo has already asked when he can come back again!

We visited truninga on Saturday with quite a large group as an end of season football treat. Everybody really enjoyed it. It's such a fab place and the staff were lovely and great with the boys. We will definitely be visiting again...thanks for making our first visit a really enjoyable one �

We had my sons 9th Birthday here. Amy who was our party host was extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Kids absolutely loved it . Food was freshly prepared and cooked. Also took into consideration my daughters nut allergy. Would highly recommend . Seems expensive but once you get all your little freebies and a good meal and dessert it all seemed worth it . Thankyou 🎉🎉

We came last night for my eldest sons football presentation evening and my 4 year old came along too. As he was the smallest (being with a group of 9 year olds) he got overwhelmed and got upset. The staff (especially Ben) were amazing with him, helping him with the obstacles and staying with him and encouraging him. Thanks to all the staff for making my night unstressful and giving Charlie a great time. �����

Took my brother last night. I've never been to one of these things before and it was extra. The team were fantastic and the 2 guys on the floor were great. Helpful and willing to show my brother how to do all the things! Thanks I'm pretty sure I will be dragged back again �

Took my 10 year old son for the first time, as he loves watching ninja warrior & has always wanted to do a course. He absolutely loved it the staff were fab with him. Great eating area clean & fresh. Affordable prices, n healthy. Will deffo be regulars. The only complaint I have is, that we went down to watch& video the kids & were asked (politely) if we had wrist bands, if not we weren’t allowed in the area. Which I completely agree if it was a busy period, however there was only about 5 children in at that time. Maybe if parents want to escort their children charge a lesser fee. Well done tho a brilliant venue for our area � can’t wait to have a go myself �

Took 10 y/o and 7y/o boys . Both absolutely love it. The equipment was suitable for both ages. Neither could complete it all but hey the fun is in the trying � there was plenty the could both do.

Both excited to return and have convinced more of their friends to go.

I was also able to watch them all the way around which was great.

My son suffers with a an emotional disorder as well as many other things! He doesn't know how to deal with anything new it has to be what he knows and routine! He's scared of trying new things and has to build up loads of confidence before he gives it s really good go! He was upset and scared (which caused him to get angry with frustration) when we went but there was a lad who worked there called Lloyd and I can't thank him enough for taking time out to make my son feel a little less scared and anxious and trying his best to help him! We've bin to many of places and no one cares just made out he was a naughty boy! Anyway sorry if I'm boring anyone with this but it was really a good review about Lloyd what a lovely caring guy and if anyone has children with similar things don't be afraid to go because Lloyd as well as others will do their best to make them feel at ease and make there time there a good time xx cheers Lloyd ����

It was our first time at Tru Ninja yesterday and we bloody loved it. My husband and I took our two kids aged 10 and 6 and they had a blast! 1 hour is more than enough thou as they had puffy red sweaty faces after half an hour �� the place was lovely and the eating area was big enough for family’s which include push chairs/wheel chairs. The staff are incredible and very attentive they were keen to see the kids have a go and helped them out where they struggled on certain areas of the course. Thank you Tru Ninja guys for a brill first experience, we will be coming back soon that’s for sure!

It was my first visit to Tru Ninja Stoke today as part of a group of children and adults doing OCR training. It’s not local to me (we have a different ninja place locally). All the staff were friendly - from the lady registering us, to the staff we encountered on the course(s), to the kitchen/restaurant staff. The venue has lots of different things to do for different abilities and all with safety matting or foam cubes underneath. One of our group gave the staff a new challenge - “flying monkeys” - which a young member of staff completed. (Well done mate!) The staff on course were full of advice without being pushy eg letting you try before offering a few ways to complete.



If it was local we’d definitely be back very soon but we’ll be making another trip without a doubt.

Been for our first visit today with my 2 girls aged 7 and 4. My 4 year old wasnt very confident at trying out some of the equipment until a member of staff named paige came to help her. She encouraged my daughter to try harder at the parts she could do and gave help with the parts that were difficult all around the course. She also helped my 7 year old with tricky parts of the course too. Paige was very friendly and fantastic with both my daughters and definately made the session more enjoyable for them. Excellent costumer service and we will be returning soon

We absolutely loved it!

Only reason I haven't given 5* is because we were asked to leave our kids ( because of insurance reasons)which meant our 5year old couldn't reach quite a few obstacles, there were staff to help but not all children are confident enough to have a stranger help them so he was very limited after that. It seems a shame a parent can't help their own kids.Staff were nice, place is clean, food is good. Would definitely go again but might need to wait until kids are a bit bigger.

The course was great, but they'd run out of gloves for adults, so three of us couldn't manage much of the rope section. Food wasn't as good as menu suggests, they'd run out of gluten free burgerbuns, and only told us 15 mins after order was placed.

Really good, Kids and men had a right laugh but the heat was unbearable

This place would be a must go in winter but in the summer with no air con is Defo a big no no

Visited here yesterday with my children 8yrs & 5yrs, although the weather was very hot outside it was even hotter inside! They really enjoyed their TruNinja experience until about half an hour in when they complained that they were too hot, I know that’s to be expected with running around but for us as adults sitting upstairs in the restaurant was unbearable! Another criticism would be paying for a spectator wristband so as I can keep an eye on my children, this without a doubt is needed as from upstairs you cannot see all of the equipment clearly & also a lot of it wasn’t easily accessible for my youngest so I was having to lift him up to most things, if I hadn’t had been there then he would have missed out on some of the things he wanted to try, unfortunately it seems like another way to make money out of the customers! When you’ve sorted some air con we’ll be back �

Came with our two sons yesterday for my youngest birthday. Have to say some of your staff could do with a few lessons in customer service, especially the girl on your front desk. It was our first time visiting, the boys were given no H&S advice whatsoever, no warm up was provided at all and only 2 staff in the arena. When our son fell and hit his head we went in to check on him and a member of staff asked if we had paid to enter the arena as it is £2 each to spectate! We advised no H&S advice was given to us whatsoever and he was shocked and said he would bring to attention of the Mgr. The boys went on to enjoy their hour but PLEASE invest in better air con!!!!!!

I came here at the weekend, I purchased the ninja pack for my son when I booked I never received it, I then got told I needed to pay an extra 2 pound to go and walk around with him! I went to purchase drinks from the cafe and the lady there couldn’t be more miserable if she tried! The place isn’t all it’s made out to be either, not as good as it looks.. we won’t be returning!!

been to visit today and i must say i was realy disapointed , took my nephew and as i wasnt going on the equipment i wanted to alk around and help him along aswell as supervise him, was told by staff that unless i had paid to use the areana myself then i had to leave a purchase a £9 wristband , this is disgusting , i understand they dont want people using the equipment for free and they have health and safe rules in place for the amount of people in at one time but why not introduce a spectators band for a lesser price so that parents and gaurdians can walk around and enojy watching there child in the arena and also a spectaor to user ratio in the arena , realy not happy strongly worded letter coming your way with a complaint
