Upon my return I will be offering • Tailored massages •
These are £5 more per massage and take the same amount of time - it just means you can choose what essential oils you would like so here are some options - (these will need to be booked a week in advance of your scheduled appointment)
... Dream sweet - Lavender, Ylang ylang and camomile
Immune - lemon, peppermint and tea tree
Easy breathing - eucalyptus, Scots pine and rosemary
Feel good - lime, bergamot and ylang ylang
Time for focus - frankincense, peppermint and rosemary
Muscle soothing - camphor, black pepper and lavender
Energy boost - peppermint, grapefruit and lime
Relax and calm - lavender, bergamot and lemongrass
Anxiety - lavender, bergamot and ylang ylang
Hot flush - lemon, peppermint and geranium
As most of my clients know I always use a blend of essential oil and carrier oil in every day use. I use a variety of different essential oils and am a fan of many!! Lemongrass was definetly my favourite back in the summer.
Going back to home life - Halle who is 2 seems to be waking in the night and wanting me or my partner in her bed. So tonight we’re trying something called Shhleepies Feet which is for infants over 12 weeks old and is made from blend of essential oils to aid sleep and help night terrors. So tonight she has had a foot massage and gone off to bed. Wish us luck! 😊

Morning fellow followers. I know some of you are suffering whilst I’m off! I’ll be back in no time but I’m the meantime most of you know I’ve always been a fan of tiger balm as it’s menthal based and better for you than some gels which have many chemically ingredients.
I have now found a fab gel which a couple of my clients have tried and tested for those aches and pains! And more natural than some gels on the Market.
It can be purchased online and costs around £15 - well w...orth it!

Good morning. Sorry I have been quite dormant on maternity leave - Sunday evening I give birth to our little boy 💙 Huxley 💙 6lb 11

Week 1 of maternity and I’ve had a 1 year old demanding massages ... my youngest client yet and she’s laid so still 😆 she absolutely has always loved massage! Don’t we all?!

So today is my last day before I officially go onto maternity leave. I’ve been here since 7.30 and I’m finishing at 2!
I just want to take this opportunity to thank all my regular, old and new clients for your business!
Once I’m back I’ll be in touch and keep you updated, hopefully not too long 😁😁 just got to pop a baby out first.

I suffer daily with back pain, it can be from very little to extreme pain where I need multiple pain killers & use of my tens machine! My massage was amazing! Very professional and always made sure I was ok since my massage, I haven't had any back pain (yet) highly recommend!!!
