first visit today, loved it!! the stylists are all lovely, made me feel very comfortable and welcome in the studio, had a really good chat with the colourist Sarah-Jane and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgable, had a grey/silver toner put on and the results were absolutely amazing I LOVE the result, my blow dry and style were amazing too, would highly recommend :)

Wow! Love Sarah-Jane Allman and her super colour skills. Really lovely service and great cuts here too. Highly recommend it!

What an awesome place! Cut and colour by Mel who was nothing short of a miracle worker! Highly recommended, great service, superb staff and lovely atmosphere. X

Turned into a blonde bombshell by Amy on Saturday . What a lovely few hours spent laughing , chatting, relaxing and being transformed by Amy . Still getting compliments left right and centre . Highly recommended �. Thankyou Amy x

I love no5, have been going for a couple of years now and the team are brilliant, friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. Mel has done a brilliant job on my hair!

I have hairdresser phobia normally, but felt so relaxed with the whole atmosphere. They actually listen to what you're after and throw about ideas with you. They have a very professional and personal approach. Vicky was terrific with my colours and I respected her experienced views as much as she respected my thoughts. Which made me feel a little bit braver, because I knew she wouldn't overdo it. All in all, a very friendly little family that seem to bounce off each others imaginations and look forward to new trends and challenges. So refreshing to come across. Thanks guys!!
