Nordic Walking at Stanborough Lakes is a great way to to exercise, meet people and enjoy the environment. Classes are seasonal and must be booked in advance - This is a page for anyone who has had a go and wants to have a go!
Nordic Walking Wgc Description
Classes start this year on 11th April - this first class is full and will have priority booking for the following week. The overflow class on 16th April at 6. 15pm is now also fully booked email me at walkingwithcorinne@mail.com to be added to wait list or for information on future classes.
Parking free after 6pm
I am YMCA qualified Fitness Walking /Circuits /Gym Instructor /Fitness and Exercise Knowledge. Nordic Walking UK Instructor level 2 and a British Cycling Ride Leader level 2.
