We’re looking forward to raising money for Norwich MIND, starting with our Bluebell Open days.
“Norwich & Central Norfolk Mind are delighted to be chosen as the charity partner for Norfolk Bluebell Wood Burial Park and we look forward to working with them over the coming months. We believe that no one should have to face a mental health problem alone and with the support from local organisations we can highlight the important work we do in the community and raise much needed funds for projects and services in the area.”
- Sarah Ingram, Fundraising Manager at Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind

We are still delighted that Cedar Hall was announced the winner in the Public Services category of the 2019 RIDBA Building Awards last month. The judges said, “this project adds value to the local community by offering families a tranquil venue to spend time with loved ones”. We’d like to give our thanks to A C Bacon Engineering for submitting the entry and to everyone involved with the project. This week Andrew Morton is attending the International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina looking at best practice within the funeral sector from other areas of the world. From the inception of Norfolk Bluebell Wood he has always been keen to develop our offering of a tranquil final resting place for families to lay their loved ones to rest.

This week we have given our final donation of £200 to Teenage Cancer Trust, the charity we chose to support throughout 2018. This brings the total raised to £700, we really appreciate your support in raising such a fantastic amount for this very worthy cause.

We are receiving an increasing number of requests from family and friends who wish to remember a loved one by making a contribution to the Park. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate each individual request and have therefore set up a Family & Friends Fund which will allow us to support family and friends in remembering their loved ones in a positive way. The fund will be used to contribute towards items that will further enhance the natural environment of the Park for both visitors and wildlife.

What a wonderful part of our planet. So calm and peaceful.

User

What a perfectly peaceful and natural setting this woodland site is & the owners and staff are so friendly and helpful. The woodland walk, when the bluebells are in full bloom, is a breathtaking sight to behold. Whether you want to discuss a final resting place in a natural setting or would just like a peaceful walk in the fresh air, this is the place to go.

User

This is a beautiful natural option for people. The setting is fabulous and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Well done.

User

The service Matt and all the other members of staff is exceptional.

Just popping in for a walk you are always made welcome. Events like the Bluebell Walk and the Dove Release make it all the more special.

Excellent place to go.and reflect.

User

Nothing but praise for Matthew. Very thoughtful plot based on our individual needs (disabled access) and although we had a very informal ash interment, it was still dealt with the upmost dignity, thank you.

User

Everyone is so helpful throughout the whole process of finding a lovely resting place for my mums ashes

Thank you to the entire bluebell woods family xxx
