BEWARE:
I’ve just been contacted by a person from ‘BT’ as they can my computer has been hacked and my details have been stolen! Phone number 01952 857584 So I decided to go along with it to see exactly what they were going to do. He got me to check my event viewer as there were warnings in there (this isn’t a security issue) and then got me to go to BT’s website www.bt247.weebly.com (this isn’t a BT website) it’s a fake site hosted by the free website company Weebly.... He then got me to download Team Viewer (a popular remote access program) and gave me his ID & password so he coulod remotely connect to my computer. At this point he would have FULL ACCESS to not only my PC but my entire network. Be aware, This is a SCAM. No company is going to outbound call customers because of a security risk to your computer so please just hang up on them and report them.

Tip of the day!
The number of customers I meet that do not backup their data is a little scary! Imagine losing your family photos or work documents. Computers do and will fail. This is a good article. Have you noticed using a device at night reduces the quality of your sleep? Luckily most newer devices now have their 'night mode' function to reduce blue light emitted from the screens. Definitely worth using it.
