What an experience this trip was...and we can certainly say that Eurus the god of the Southeast winds was feeling a tad 'on-it' for this one...!
Starting off in glorious sun then accompanied by strong winds and rain not to mention the abundance of nature on display, this trip was nothing short of spectacular.
Our WaveSport Horizon kayaks easily looked after their passengers throughout the trip enabling them to relax and take in the stunning scenery and spotting the wildlife a...long the way.

What a fantastic morning!

I received a SUP adventure as a surprise birthday gift from my wife- she thought I needed this experience in my life! She was right!!

An early morning start and after some advice and instructions we were off in the beautiful morning sunlight gliding over Hickling broad with ease. After a while we moored up on a bank accessible only by river, where Martin brewed up some fresh coffee to enjoy with the delicious Danish pastries he had brought along, such a relaxing way to enjoy breakfast with nature, we were even lucky enough to have a rare Swallowtail butterfly join us on the bank.

Our paddling took us along narrow rivers where only the whispering reeds could be heard alongside the wildlife, herons, marsh harriers etc. Then on to the beautiful open water of Horsey Mere. With the wind increasing on the open water and the tide turning we were grateful of Martins calm and expert tuition in guiding us back again safely.

Our paddling experience lasted several hours, at the end of which we were pleasantly exhausted and amazed to find we had explored over 10k of the beautiful Norfolk Broads. With so many waterways around us we have already booked another adventure with Martin to explore more of this wonderful area in such a serene yet thrilling adventure.

We had a brilliant morning with Martin on our trip to Hickling Broad. The experience was fun, unique and nothing short of professional. As soon as we arrived, the kit was laid out and we were given a warm greeting. Martin was always conscious of making sure we were safe and comfortable on our trip and provided an excellent insight into the Norfolk Broads. In addition, we had some enlightening conversations whereby Martin informed us of a variety of activities to complete across Norfolk, so we are looking forward to completing those walks/runs in 2018! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the experience to others and look forward to returning ourselves in the near future. Thanks, Ben and Sarah (11th November trip to Hickling Broad).

Beautiful morning sunshine on the Broads around Martham - simply stunning and the pastries and coffee at the midway point weren't bad either.

SUP is an absolutely amazing, fun and peaceful way to explore the beautiful Norfolk Broads. I live on the doorstep of the broads and, as many people do, take it a bit for granted. I've only ever explored by boat but this was a whole other ball game. We were able to take in the gorgeous scenery and wildlife up close and in a whole different perspective. Martin was brilliant at making the experience fun, informative and helpful with not one of our party of 5 ending up getting wet!! The evening experience was wonderful and listening to the birds and the water gently rippling was so relaxing without a noisy boat engine!!!! Highly recommended and I will be doing it again!! Thank you x

Myself and 5 friends had a SUP session with Martin and it was fantastic. We were all complete beginners but Martin is a relaxed and patient instructor who made sure he split his time between the slowest members of the group (usually me!) and those who picked it up a bit more easily! It was such a fun experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I wanted to try paddle boarding for ages and thank goodness we found Martin to do so. Husband took to it like... well... an ex surfer to a paddle board whereas I approached it like a very wobbly Mum. A great time was had by both of us and Martin was just fantastic, very patient, fun, encouraging and even made us a celebratory tea afterwards. Highly recommend and can’t wait for lesson two... wobble wobble �

Last night my sister and I tried SUP for the first time at martham broad. We had an absoulty fantastic time, Martin and Brett were just amazing, they put my rather anxious sister completely at ease, they made the evening for us with their easy manor and brilliant sense of humour. They talked us all through the whole thing with easy to follow instruction and bent offer backwards to ensure we all had a great time. I can honestly say it's the most enjoyable two hours I've spent In a very long time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to everyone�

I am sure this will be a great experience, i live next to the Broads any peaceful way to explore the Broads, taking in the sights and sounds along with the wild life without harming it, in my books must be good, with added bonus of having a bit of fun is great... We can't Wait to give it ago.

Booked a kayak adventure short notice and it’s one of the best things I’ve done in a while! Martin, our instructor was full of interesting facts about the area and was so easy to talk to! He took us on an incredible tour of Hickling Broad and surrounding areas and even stopped to treat us all to coffee and a donut!! Couldn’t recommend anyone better! Definitely a memorable experience !!!
