What great service the staff could not be more accommodating, ask if I want a coffee straight a way and to look around ,I ask many questions about what I wanted and got good advice. Brought a nice second hand honda at a brilliant price, Caio the sales controller was a pleasure to meet . I would thoroughly recommend them 10 stars 👍💯

Obviously excellent review as I bought my bike! The team there were excellent. Mike was really helpful and made the process of buying my first bike so easy! An honest and pleasant experience Sure to back when I get bored of my 125 for something a little meater!
I brought my first bike in 30 years - a Honda NC 750 to commute to work, Mike was is great salesman, no pressure just facts.
Today after 2 weeks of riding my 600 mile service was carried out by Steve, another top man, John the service advisor was very helpful and again a top man!
I am back in love with 2 wheels and Norton Way Honda helped me get there

Bought a few bikes from Stephen and always had excellent, professional service from him and Norton Way. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Loving my new 500r thank you micheal boef and the boys at honda.
lies lies lies. so after a year i sent my cbr600rr back as the alarm norton said they was not allowed to remove the alarm that killed 3! batteries. however after my warranty was up guess what they could remove it if i paid over £300! i was told it was my fault as i did not attach the battery to charge every night?!?!?! i explained that everyother bike i spoke to including your own HR department said this was wrong.
disgusting how a new biker gets treated and the money i got offered back was a joke. well done norton way Honda you got my money but you wont in the future!!!!
So dissapointing. Passed my CBT and immediatly phoned this garage and wanted to buy one of their CBR125's with cash. Was put on hold for 15 minutes, to be told they would call me back in 10. I called back after an hour of waiting. Told by the salesman (Steven?) that he would email with the details and a video of the bike, seemed really eager to secure a deposit from me. No email ever appeared. Terrible customer service and lost an easy sale.
Salesman??? DON'T INSULT ME!!! I'm a salesman & I take pride in the service I need to offer to convert enquiries into orders and ultimately to make customers happy enough so that they want to come back to me
I went in to buy a new bike, put down a deposit, left my details...and NOTHING..no call...NOTHING,
It took for me to try to call the guy that's employed as a "salesman" only to be told that he was "too busy" to take my call
MATE! You had my details, my deposit and I had a reason to spend money...to buy a new bike...WHY SHOULD I CHASE YOU???
YOUR LOSS!!! I cancelled the sale and requested a refund. I then called a dealer 65 miles from where I live, got a better deal, gave a deposit, was given the registration number and a date to pick up my new bike 6 days later
See you in another life, I won't be bothering you ever again
I've been interested in CBF1000 for several years and wanted to buy it the moment I could afford it. However, when I arrived for prearanged test ride I was hugely dissapointed with the way staff treated me - person who especially made it difficult is Caio Hinkenickel, who also claimed BMW let me on the road with their test bike WITHOUT insurance, fact that I checked afterwards is utterly not true. Not recognizing my EU licence (that shows 26 years motorcycle expirience) as I really wanted to try out the bike, they "took pity" on me and let me ride test CBF1000 under MY insurance with excess in the FULL AMOUNT of the value of the bike. On the same day bmw let me go for test ride without any issues. To cut even longer story short. Caio Hinkenickel's approach persuaded me NOT to go with honda (as if this is treatment I got before I bought the bike, God knows what awaits afterwards). And I am enjoing my brand spanking new BMW R1200RS. Honda sales team might reconsider next time someone shows up for a test ride how they treat them.
