They just do things right. Great customer service when you purchase your car like most dealers, but it continues after the sale with great after sales service. You feel like a valuable customer they wish to keep. good Hot chocolate too!

Awesome service from Nissan. They collected, fixed and returned my car by 11am. They sent me a video showing what the problem was and how they fixed it. The guys who collected and returned my car were very courteous. All in all a top performance. Very highly recommended.

Went to Norton Way Nissan to buy a Juke today, totally ignored for 20 minutes, not even a “hello” which is a shame as we had our qashqai serviced with them for many years. We left, went to Mini and got one of those instead.

Never in twenty years of owning a car have I seen such poor service from their "service" department - avoid at all costs. I bought a brand new vehicle around twelve months ago - it had a few issues. After a rough start following some botched repairs where they did more damage then it went in with - I decided to try them again as everyone can make an error. This time a faulty window (rattled), a creaking noise from the suspension, a rattle from the dash and I wanted two very minor dents repaired. After booking it in and being assured all would be done within a day!? I dropped the car off and waited, and waited to get a phone call late in the afternoon telling that nothing was wrong with the car! I explained that it had already been into a Nissan dealership and they had diagnosed the issues.....so after another hour there senior technicians had another look with the service manager and again they could find nothing......all was ok. The rattle in the dash was my stuff in the glove box, the window they could not find anything and the suspension was fine they all did this after 20mph - even though it was doing it at 5mph only on one side. The dents would need quoting for.....wow a wasted day again. So I booked it in somewhere else, went that evening collected the car (tapped the window which still rattled with one of their colleagues in front of me - his response "I did not know anything it") and took it to another Nissan dealership the following day. Not surprising after taking it to the other Nissan dealer the window had a broken guide, the rattle in the dash was nothing to do with my glovebox but a loose fitting in the air bag fitting and the suspension was a build up of grime on a rubber grommet - cleaned and gone. As for the dent repairs - Norton Way quoted £800+!!!!! It's since been booked in for £243 at the other Nissan dealership. The senior team at Norton way do their best to resolve issues but sadly there not the colleagues working on your car! I now drive an extra ten miles and get the work done properly and with confidence. I work in the service industry and all you expect is for a reasonable level of service when you have paid thousands for a product. This garage is unable to deliver that with even the simplest of repair tasks - to find not one of the issues is appalling and just incompetence. Then add this to not once but a number of occasions shows its not a one off but cultural.

Had car booked in for over a week.for a repair. Arrived sat there for 45mins. Then told part not in stock!!! Yet my booking was accepted. 30 mile round trip to garage and time wasted. Loyal customer of Norton way but seriously not impressed today
