Enter all of your AP (Advanced Passenger) information on the airlines and hotels systems
Help you apply for Visas or ESTAs
Select the best seats on the aircraft you are travelling (Airlines may charge a fee)
Inform the airline of any dietary requirements
Check you in for your flight where possible and


Give you the VIP treatment.

Arrange VIP lounge access or special assistance at the airport
Welcome on arrival and transfer to your hotel
Arrange for any special requests related to birthdays or occasions such as flowers in your hotel room
Organise theatre tickets, excursions, tours and attractions in advance
Arrange a private chauffeur or a helicopter ride
Book you a table at a restaurant near your hotel for your first night if you wish!
