This gym is fabulous, and what makes it especially so are the staff, each of whom is incredibly knowledgeable, focused and entirely professional, but who balance all of that with the greatest sense of NRG 'community spirit', personal warmth and humour. Love it.

Really enjoyed Metafit this evening and also Bag box and spinning. Think Metafit is top of my list for a great great work out.

Nrg Fitness is one of the best gyms I've been to. All the equipment is well maintained and the trainers are always on station for advice or spot lifting. 5/5 definitely.

My home from home really. Although I am slacking at the mo with Xmas lol. Great gym, it's not flash but it's well set out, has a great range of machines and weights, great classes and really good staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It's also a decent price.

Joined nrg today and I was really worried it, but I had no need to be worried as induction was fab made me feel at ease throughly enjoyed and look forward too my next session

I love it at NRG it's has the personal touch that isn't offered by other gyms. All the instructors are friendly, helpful and very encouraging.

I can't say enough good things about NRG Fitness! Extremely knowledgable and helpful staff, great selection of equipment and a really friendly feel from all members...

Home away from home, I couldn't gym anywhere else. Staff are so friendly and supportive of your goals. Large range of equipment. Relaxed atmosphere. I never thought I'd feel as confident as I do in a gym.

A really friendly and welcoming gym. Gym and class instructors are so supportive, whatever your size and shape and they set you realistic goals and will continue to motivate you.!!!
