User

Visited today 26/07/17 a very friendly service and I must say absolutely fantastic . The chips were amazing and Crispy . My 3 (age16,15,6) loved them and asked if they deliver really lovely Crispy but a fluffy potato.

User

The best GF fish and chips (and more) I had for a long time. A must not only for GF lovers!

User

Really gutted I don't live nearer to this fish shop..visited here on Friday 19th Feb 2016 And was served the best fish and chips I have had in ages...what impressed me most was the lack of grease on the fish and the chips and the light batter on the fish....would highly recommend.....

User

Our day out started from a google search to find a gluten free fish and chip shop. Getting to Southend for 2pm and a stroll down the beach we soon became hungry. Oban fish and chip shop opens at 4.30pm today. The 20 min wait was so worth it. All im gonna say is the fish was fresh, batter the right crunch and chips amazing. To all coeliac out there try Oban fish and chip shop you wpnt be disappointed.

User

Our daughter Dolcie who was diagnosed as a Coeliac 3 months back could today have fish & chips from a chippy for the first time thanks to this lovely little family place! Friendly, happy, helpful owners who were ever so kind! We will definitely be back!

User

Me and my 7 year old both have coeliac disease so had gluten free fish and chips here today. Can really recommend. Best fish and chips I've had in ages. Really clean and staff were so helpful. Great value for money too

User

I tried the gluten free curry sauce tonight, absolutely amazing would not eat any other curry sauce now. Fish and chips amazing as always

User

I have coeliac disease and was so happy to learn I can get fish and chips here any day of the week I want (note that they're closed on Sundays). Also gluten-free items are the same price as the wheat-flour items, which was a nice surprise. My mother-in-law said the battered rock fish was the best she'd ever had. I had gluten-free onion rings, large battered cod and chips, all of which were done in a separate, dedicated frier and were delicious. The owner and the young girl that served me couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to you and your team.

User

Hi think your fish and chip shop is good. And your chips are better than the King Fisher fish and chip shop. It is a shame that your shop is down a back street. But iam going to tell everyone that I know. To go to your shop instead.

User

Great fish and chips, well worth a visit, will call again sometime x

User

Five stars for this fish and chip shop! Went today as we had two in our party that needed gluten free. Not only did the owner stay open two extra hours waiting for us to get there but we ate the BEST fish and chips ever! Eaten fish and chips at 5* restaurants all over the world and nothing I've ever had before came close!

Extremely highly recommend!!! Thank you again to the owner! We will be back!

User

Fabulous gluten free fish and chips!! Thank you

User

Excellent to find this place whilst visiting Southend for the day with my boys. My son has coeliac disease & loved the chicken nuggets he had. The food was lovely, fresh & well prepared. It meant a great deal that our day out could be extended & we didn't have to rush home hungry. Thank you

User

Best fish and chips in Southend and run by the loveliest people too!!

User

Being coeliac I haven't found a fish & chip shop I can eat from since my diagnosis so this was my first fish & chips in about 6 years and it was amazing! Will definitely come back and recommend. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you! :)

User
