Took my friends to see Tomb Raider in the gallery & it was fantastic. We were running a bit late but were served our Nachos, Popcorn & drinks straight away & staff took us through as the movie was about to start and offered to carry our trays. The armchair seats were well comfy with a table to put your drinks & food on so was a joy to watch a movie for 2 hours on a giant screen. Glasses were lightweight and easily slipped over my own glasses although took a few mins to get used to 3D! The best part was having a 40% discount voucher and although staff only applied it to one ticket of the 4 I bought, when I queried it as chat online earlier had said would apply to all purchased tickets, the lady was brilliant and said she would redo the 4 tickets with the discount off each and instantly refunded me £31.50! - THANK YOU!

One of my favourite cinema experiences in Norwich. Been here twice this week watched Black Panther and The Shape Of Water amazing moving film. The staff are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Love that Costa is here so you can take in your food and drink snacks etc. The Ben and Jerry ice cream is amazing you pay a bit more but it's the quality. The pick and mix is excellent and also options of drinks and sweets sometimes they do deals so worth looking out for them especially the combo family deals and kids treats. You pay a bit more but it's nice to treat yourself to popcorn and sweets! Only thing I have noticed is the ticket prices. Adult price has gone up but I love coming here for the whole cinema experience and the big screen. Sometimes you pay more for special screening of films and normally £4 for certain films or in IMAX. Happy to pay that for the quality and sound. the IMAX sound is amazing. Also worth paying for the gallery option on films when you work it all out you are getting unlimited food drink popcorn etc and last time there were chcolates available! You just pay for Alcohol if you wish and you can take it in and watch the film!. Seats are comfortable. I think it's the best cinema experience and I like supporting the cinemas. You can't beat it. Recently got 2 vouchers for 40% off tickets valid till March so great saving and value for money. Fab!

Really good film but almost missed the beginning due to the ridiculous lines to get drinks/popcorn and tickets.... absolute mayhem! It’s not overly clean and the chairs need etrendance or upgrading as it’s all a but grubby and ropey. It’s a lot of money and I just think it should be comfortable at least.

Also the seating is crazy, we’re a family of 5 and people are just so selfish with spreading out... that needs to be monitored when the screen is busy.

Went to Norwich to see infinity war at the weekend and did the gallery. We arrived nice and early, making our waynup stairs. We were greeted, told to find a seat and someone will take our order. We found a table and not long after a memeber of staff took our drinks and nacho order. This was fine. However, when it came to needing a refill of nachos, we felt like we were ignored. Every other table around us had been seen by the staff on shift, tables across from us had been given their Qaulity street and 3D glasses. After waiting what seemed like ten minutes, during which time I kept making eye contact with the staff, but to no avail did they come and ask if we needed anything, I ended up going up to the counter and asking for the quality street, more nachos and also asked for the posters. Had I not had done so, the two of us would not have had any posters or sweets. We made our own way towards the Screen, when we saw everyone else getting up. It was here that a staff memeber approached us to check our tickets and guide us to the screen. On route she asked if we had our glasses, to which we both said No. she had to go back and get us some. There was no apology or care. She showed us our seats and walked off. No, “enjoy the film” or anything.

It would have been nice to have had a little more interaction from the staff and to have been acknowledged like the tables around us. Especially when table service is promoted it should be received. Other than these few points, the gallery was warm and cosy and not too busy. The seats we had were great and the nachos were a nice option to go with a fabulous film.

Went to Norwich odeon yesterday, went to the gallery as I’ve always done but it’s changed very much and is not as good as it used to be, you can no longer go up and help yourself to unlimited drinks, popcorn, nachos and chocolate but instead have to flag someone down to go and get them for you, the popcorn now only comes in tiny little boxes rather than the large popcorn boxes so instead you end up taking several small boxes of popcorn to try and fit on the tiny tables so you don’t have to keep popping out during the film and also the staff used to ask whether you wanted to watch the ads or not whereas this time we were just expected to go in and watch the ads and when I said we didn’t want to it was made to seem like a burden for them to take us through for when the movie starts. Also once the movie had started, people from the standard cinema seats came wondering up and sat in the gallery seats which is frustrating when you know you paid more for a gallery seat and on my previous visits there would usually be a member of staff in the corner for when ever you wanted extra drinks or anything and to also check the tickets of people trying to come into the gallery - not as much of a good experience as it used to be.

The one thing that really winds me up is that you queue up to pay to get in and it takes so long because the snacks and drinks are ordered and served at the same time .it used to be years ago that you queued to pay to get in and then you got your snacks from a separate kiosk .i don’t want to purchase snacks I just want to go in the cinema .It used to be a lot quicker .

Normally I’d give Odeon Norwich 4 stars, but both the toilets I saw were in a right state - absolutely stank of urine and looked like the cubicle out of Trainspotting. No, I’m not exaggerating. They need to rip out the loos and install brand new ones. It’s not that the staff aren’t cleaning them, more that management aren’t replacing worn/ broken and unclean facilities. If they have the gall to charge £18 a ticket for popular movies, they should bloody well provide facilities to match...

Visited the new odeon in Leeds to find the. All the drinks machines were broken so no option but to buy bottled drinks. Talk about daylight robbery £5.20 for two small bottles of oasis. Asked for a discount based on the fact they weren’t able to provide the drinks requested to be told yes could have one free. Then the girl serving me was undermined by someone in front of me and told no we can’t have them at a discounted rate. Manager said I I wasn’t happen then not to bother having a drink. Customer service at its best.

Seats were soaking wet, toilets awful state and smelt bad, food cold and very over priced. If it wasn’t for the fact we had been given a gift card we would have gone to Vue in castle mall, much cheaper and the all round experience is better. Odeon needs to really turn things around and fast. Go elsewhere
