We are really pleased to say that our team has just been joined by Osteopath Cemi Rhule. We will post a newer photo when we have one, but until then this shows Cemi on the medical team as a Games Maker at the 2012 London Olympics. Cemi qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 2005 and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council. She treats using musculoskeletal osteopathy, cranial techniques and Western Acupuncture. She treats people of all ages including babies and children and she has a special interest in sports injuries as she used to be a sprinter at club and County level. That makes three osteopaths at the clinic to provide you with more appointments to choose from!

Don't forget to keep hydrated to avoid fatigue, irritability, headaches, constipation, and to make sure your body is working optimally for you every day. Averagely we need about 2 litres of fluid each day. If we regularly don't drink enough our body stops telling us we are dehydrated and we stop feeling thirsty. Flush your kidneys first thing in the morning before you do anything else with a glass of life affirming water, your skin will love it too!
