Wondering why your mowers etc are taking longer than usual to repair / service? You try working at normal speed in this fcuking heat!
Charging customers extra for using credit cards has been banned by the government, funny that! This has been cut and pasted from the govenments own website today.........
There is no fee for paying with any debit card, pre-paid card or personal credit card. An additional fee of £2.50 is applicable to all other types of cards.
One rule for them......etc
That's not a knife! The big one...Now THAT'S A Knife!!!! Actually its a shearing knife I imported from America for shearing the Christmas trees, (the little pocket knife is just for comparison)
A briggs and stratton engine shoehorned into my little bolens tractor, the original kohler engine was unreliable and obsolete so swapping it out was the only option, besides I have a job lined up for it!
Another neat repair to a rotary mower with holes in the deck.
Batteries now in stock for collection from the workshop, U19 , available in left or right hand positive, bolt through lug terminals, 12v 28a and 30a, 300a cca, size 19.3cm L x 12.4cm W x 15.8cm H Very special price of £44.84
Been cutting some more long grass for hay, not bad considering the machine was built in 1963, I did make a new cutterbar with claas combine sections for it in 1987!
Plant support hoops I made quickly to support this and 2 other Sea Holly plants.
Not had this Allen Scythe out for near on 10 year, fuel & ignition clean up and it runs same as ever! Quality machine sold by W E Wigg of Barnby in 1963, Still cuts grass today!
Weekend job! fitting new cables and operating rods to my trailer.
Wasn't too sure how this would work out, but my old post vice was getting seriously worn, needing big spacers to make the jaws touch, so I fitted a pair of jaws for a bench vice in it!
Now we know all 2 stroke machines need a fuel mix, usually petrol and oil in the correct ratio, nowadays we see more and more 2 strokes with a Petrol, Oil and Water mix!
pot plant stands, just need cleaning up and painting.
Nearly finished!
Another request taking shape.............
This is just from the top of the gearbox of a mountfield (ggp) ride on, already removed 2 buckets from the deck and 1 from the front of the machine.
These modern machines with over protective guarding are a collector of dry grass and ultimately a fire waiting to happen if not regularly cleaned out by an annual service.
Mandy painting primer onto the underside of a mower deck after cleaning out the debris and caked on grass.
