Controlling a skid in a Mercedes E Class was part of the driving day from 1995-97 in PalmerSport's previous guise as Palmer PromoSport. The world-famous event has always been at the fore and ever-evolving - in the early years of PalmerSport we had a reverse-steer Mini too!

We're very proud of our live timing systems at PalmerSport, but back in 1993 it was a different story...
Lap times in each of the cars were recorded manually on a big whiteboard and team leaders had to keep an eye on all the scores to work out who'd won each activity!

In this one, the eyes say it all! The Formula 3000 single-seater is the highlight of most guests' driving day at PalmerSport, but can also be the most scary. This photo captures all the emotions perfectly!

What an experience! Adrenaline fuelled! Could not fault the professionalism from first point of contact, arriving, throughout the day and to the very end. Great cars, well maintained and the ability to push yourself to yours and the cars limits!

What an amazing experience! The venue the staff the speed the adrenaline the laughs the instructors 👨‍🏫 from the second I arrived to the time we depart total unerdualterated full on fun !

Unbelievable fun, professional coaching and support, all the cars are fantastic. If you want an experience of driving proper racing cars as fast as you can, or dare, this is the place. Lovely food, drink and hospitality to see you through your day too! 🏎👌🏆

Truly unbelievable day, all ran very slick too.

This was one of the most thrilling and exciting days I've ever had. The day is run so smoothly that you just don't even realise how quick it's gone until it's all over. The instructors are fantastic and the team leader (Richard) was a gem. Would highly recommend it to anyone interested in driving and although you are openly encouraged to push the cars, you can go as fast or slow as you feel comfortable.

This day was that good, I don't really know how to put it into words. From arrival to departure the whole day was absolutely awesome. Our host Stacey looked after our every need throughout the day, the instructors were amazing. They really did push you out of your comfort zone, I couldn't have produced some of the lap times without their help. I'd recommend this day to anybody, it was truly incredible. Thank you so much, I will be back.

The most amazing track day experience I've ever had, nothing like others ! From the presentation, professional friendly staff the outstanding instruction, customer service from start to finish these guys set the bar !

It's expensive but worth every penny and more... can't wait to do another !!

The event was very well organized and absolutely second to none on the facilities and cars. The staff been always friendly and helpful as well as the instructors been competent and been able to release unknown skills and knowledge of driving. The venue of cars and the activities are spot on and guarantee a day full of joy and pleasure. This was not the last time me and friends, coworkers or clients will be at PalmerSports for a stunning day out on the tracks

I have been lucky enough to do a few track days but this is another level by far the best I've ever done. Fantastic venue staff, instructors, cars, track and breakfast, lunch and dinner. What more could you ask for 10 out of 10. �����

I have been here twice and it is brilliant. If you like doing driving days, this has to be one of the best ones available. The instructors are first class, encouraging everyone to get as much out of the day as they want without feeling like you are being forced to go faster than you feel comfortable. The range of cars is also brilliant with something for everyone. On my most recent visit, we were very lucky to go on a sunny day and our group of 11 were the only ones there which made the day particularly special. Strongly recommended.

Had an absolutely amazing time with my Dad at Donington Park doing the M4 experience. Alex was our instructor and he was brilliant. Plus the M4 was a dream to drive, especially through Craner Curves � What an experience! Can’t wait for my next one!

Great start to the day with karting and then Lmp1 car. But then the weather red flagged the rest of the day. But palmer sport have given us another day to come back. What fantastic customer service. Instructor tom was awesome in the Lmp1 car , getting everything out of the car possible. Can't wait to return.

Do you like driving cars? if the answer is yes, save up and do this, put it on your bucket list. Abso-frigging-lutely awesome, not enough words...

You do slow-ish but kind of fun stuff in the morning and may go into lunch feeling a bit underwhelmed, but once you get out in the afternoon, in the Atom, JP-LM and the F3000 open wheeler, it's mind blowing, simply mind blowing. What a rush, brilliant!

I'm going to do it at least once every year.

An incredible experience, expertly put together with absolute professionalism throughout from the instructors to the catering staff. Everything was thought about right down to the small touches. Who knew I was so competitive! I hope I get to do it again!

Amazing evening session on Friday, arrived late due to smashes on M25 & A1 but staff couldn’t have been more helpful to make sure I caught up without missing out on any of the events. Loads of little touches on service that make this first class. Particular mention to Matt who instructed on the JPLM, he was absolutely superb and got me into the top 10 (something I got nowhere near with the other cars). Can’t wait to go back and do the full day!!!! Thank you to all the PalmerSport Team. Greg
