Perfect massage, lovely lady, made my stay at Potters. Very reasonable prices too for an hotel.

Lovely surroundings, friendly, helpfull staff, what more could you want!

I am a longstanding member ten years plus, the whole site has come a long way in that time, Potters are always investing and continually improving across the whole site more so over the last few years with a new steam room, sauna and jacuzzi, changing rooms etc and regular updates to the gym equipment, in my opinion it's the best in area by far, membership is extremely good value for money.

Had a fitness coach me (Steven) following my knee surgery and he was brilliant. Thorough and knew everything there was to know about the type of injury I had and how to get it mobile and fully working. Will take time but yes he was super

Had a fab day at Palms so relaxing, everyone friendly and helpful and facilities were great.

Great place, very clean, never too busy which is great and the staff are all very helpful and friendly!

Everybody is so friendly, not only the people in Palms, the bar staff down to the people seeing you in the car park while the bowls are on. Top place���

Brilliant place. Plenty to do and keep you occupied. Food amazing as is the service.

Always have a great time. Changing rooms are exceptional, always a free locker, the complimentary hairdryers are fab, be back soon
