Well well we'll......what a greeting as we popped in for Tea and coffee,followed by beautiful tea cakes. LISA Whom we know of old,gave us that greeting as she glides around her superb caffe! THAT'S not all most of her cakes are HOMEMADE and we could not resist taking home a huge slice of carrot cake.will be in castle road more often in 2017. Papillon will be on our Must do list.

We ordered a birthday cake at very short notice and it was an absolutely gorgeous cake. We had so many compliments and it tasted delicious! Thank you so much!

Top quality food ( the home made cakes are to die for ) and coffee and the staff are very friendly and well trained and the shop is clean and tastefully decorated well worth a visit.

Our family love this place, it has the best paninis, milkshakes, salads and mochas according to the husband! They also have an amazing selection of cakes, but most of all it's the service the owner is so very warm, welcoming and passionate about the business and this always makes us go back, great place!

My husband treated me to a ploughman lunch for my birthday earlier in the month. Great food and coffee. Service was fabulous, nice to have a family ran coffee shop. Lovely part of town to people watch too � (a rare occasion when the sun was out!). Will definitely be returning again soon. I need to taste the lovely looking cakes �

I'm totally addicted to Lisa's beautiful homemade cakes! One in particular!

The homemade soup is equally gorgeous.

So lucky to work so near to this friendly coffee shop.

I went here for a last minute lunch date with my husband, we had a delicious ploughmans lunch each, he washed his down with a milkshake and we finished with the amazing homemade frangipane, wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff, an independent oasis is a sea of corporate coffee shops.

Extremely tasty cakes and coffee, and always a friendly welcome. Great little coffee shop.

Delicious bacon sandwich and hot chocolate (even has gluten free bread on hand for my partner). Will definitely be back again! �

Beautiful home made cakes, sandwiches and baguettes. You can taste the love that goes into them!
