We held Adam's 3rd birthday at Parents Paradise Play Centre and it was the perfect day!

The build up to the party was great with constant communication being held throughout the days/weeks before to ensure a smooth on the day execution.

On the day itself, the food was really good, and they had catered specifically for any children with allergies without us having to prompt.

The staff completely controlled the event, from greeting all the guests to placing all the presents in bags and even bringing them to our car at the end.

We would recommend this to anyone who wants to ensure their child has a great day!

Thank you Parents Paradise!!

We drive 30/40 mins by car to come here, we have been here twice (today was our second visit with our twins) both times they had a fantastic time playing in the under 5 section, it wasn't overcrowded. So much to do, we especially like this place as it is kept clean throughout the day, it's very spacious, big indoor soft play area which is hard to find & most of all very reasonably priced comparison to other places. My kids love to play and get to learn so much we will defiantly be returning.

User

Visiting family in london amd came across this amazing soft play. What a lovely atmosphere. Place is so clean and tidy. It was very busy but still loads of room. We have a 5 month old and the area for her to play in had loads of things for her to do. The equipment is amazing. Thank you for a good afternoon

User

This has always been my favourite indoor place to take my energetic sons! The best playframe & they absolutely love the go carts!!! Food is always excellent, proper coffee for us tired parents! I’m a clean freak about these places, this place looks like it’s managed extremely well, busy but the staff are on the ball getting tables cleared & clean again.....nothing worse than seeing a sea of dirty tables!!!

Boys are 9 & 11 but still enjoy coming here to get rid of some energy!!!

User

The best soft play we've been... Even on a super busy day they are all working perfectly..friendly and always smiling staff, so many things to do, never get bored.. Highly recommended

User

Thank you parents paradise especially to ELLIE who was the host for our son Connor’s 3rd birthday. Everything went smoothly, and Ellie Made sure we all had a great and peaceful time. All the kids had fun, especially our lil boy.

Two hours fly quick so you can’t have much time to sit and enjoy the birthday cake. We were lucky because it wasn’t so busy, we were allowed to stay as long as we wanted after the party but not in the party room since it was to be cleared for the next party. So we stayed for another 2.5hrs with no charge.

Thanks again parents paradise.

User

Parent’s Paradise is definitely the best soft play centre in the area. We visited today with our children aged 2 and 11. Being a rainy bank holiday it was absolutely packed but the staff handled it amazingly.

We queued for about 20 minutes to get in but this is because the staff ensure there is a table free for each family before they let them in - this is such a fantastic approach and saves the free-for-all scrums you can get in other places.

The play equipment in both the under 5s and over 5s was well maintained and clean and both my girls had a great time.

Another thing that sets Parent’s Paradise apart from other centres is that the staff are constantly hoovering up and clearing tables and just generally have a visible presence - which is so lacking in a lot of other places we’ve visited.

User

My grandson loves this place , can get busy , we always go early , nice cafe as well , it’s not exspensive to get in either , great place to keep Grandad fit as well 😂

User

Excellent facilities and reasonably priced.

But enforcing a 2 hour time limit when there are empty chairs and no queue of people waiting to come in was a bit silly.

User

Amazing play-area so clean and staff are very helpful and friendly, only play area I go to and don’t feel stressed as it’s very Wel managed and they make sure everyone is kept happy, also such a nice feeling turned up this week Easter half term and it was busy but as soon as we walked through the door a member of staff was there to help us find seats witch she did, I thought that was such a lovely thing to do for everyone. My son has had his last 3 parties there and have never had one problem

User

Absolutely fantastic place. The team looked after our little boy very well, the food was excellent and the soft play was really well set up. The icing on the cake was the race circuit, which let son and daddy play on together. A must visit.

User

A great place for a birthday party. We held one for my 8 year old daughter. Everything was well managed. Our party host Amy was brilliant. Very peaceful and no stress. The girls enjoyed.

User

5 stars from me! A great place to have a party! Recently had our 3rd party there. The kids have a fab time & the amazing staff make it great for the parents too! Thoroughly recommend everyone to have a party here!!

User

My 3 year old enjoyed the play centre and the food and drinks from the cafe. The only issue was that the toilets were closed (ladies and gents) 15 mins before closing with wet floors. So (as the sign said) we went to use the disabled/baby change one but the cleaner was in there so had to wait a while which then left us very rushed and hurried by staff to get out by closing time.

User

I'd normally give a good rating and review but after the trip we had to PP this week im afraid im going to have to give it 3 stars. My boys usually love it here. I was called over the tannoy and then told by a member of staff to tell my boys to calm down. I explained that BOTH my boys are Autistic and one is non verbal but she carried on telling me that i need to tell them to stop and calm down. I asked if she had ever tried telling an autistic child to calm down and she didnt reply. While i was trying to get them out of the play area my youngest had a meltdown which made my older one worried and anxious. Also while all this was going on i had seen older kids who were clearly over 5 in the under 5s being rough and hyped up and then kids in the older bit being really rough and pushing other kids about yet nothimg seemed to of been done about that. I get really anxious about taking them to places like this and now this has just made it a whole lot worse. I felt a bit unwelcome after this visit.

This Sunday was my 3rd weekend visit with my 2 toddlers (3.5 and 2.5). The under 5's area was over crowded with parents and crawling children! The parents seem to think that this is the chill area while waiting for their toddlers to play! No staff was around and I am pretty sure health and safety has left the building! The management of the place has gone down regarding maintaining a safe yet fun place for the parents and children. I understand that it is inevitable to have busy days/times at any soft play area especially at weekends, however there has to be extra supervision and care at those times. It is like keeping the gate open to a car park when no spaces are left to park yet not informing incoming traffic before hand. I spoke to the reception and was promised someone will check out the area, we left immediately after that (20min after arriving). Unfortunately, I have lost faith in the place which is a shame really.

User

My 2 year old enjoyed the play centre however i am extremely ill after consuming an under cooked bacon bap!! Understandably it’s busy during the school holidays but health & safety should come first & for most!!! Glad I didn’t share with my daughter on this occasion!!

User

Real shame you felt the need to delete any negative press when you’re in the wrong.

Used to be a customer here, not anymore as I can see it’s extremely bad managed with management that can’t accept faults.

User

Last time we were here it was £9.50 for my 5 & 2yr old (which wasn’t that long ago), the price has now risen to £15, why on earth has it risen so much?

A 57% increase in this day and age is disgusting.

My 2 year old enjoyed the play centre however i am extremely ill after consuming an under cooked bacon bap!! Understandably it’s busy during the school holidays but health & safety should come first & for most!!! Glad I didn’t share with my daughter on this occasion!!

Real shame you felt the need to delete any negative press when you’re in the wrong.

Used to be a customer here, not anymore as I can see it’s extremely bad managed with management that can’t accept faults.

Last time we were here it was £9.50 for my 5 & 2yr old (which wasn’t that long ago), the price has now risen to £15, why on earth has it risen so much?

A 57% increase in this day and age is disgusting.
