Paul's training is always diverse and gives the results you want. He has been a great motivator over the last few years for me ensuring I stay on track with my fitness. He classes are easily accessible and affordable and he is very flexible fitting you in with his PT, I would highly recommend him.

Paul's sessions are very addictive! He has a great range of activities that keep you motivated and I have noticeable changes in shape, strength and overall fitness in less than two months! Thanks Paul!!

Paul's classes are excellent and really well thought out , he uses a variety of equipment and makes sure you can use It correctly.

At the end of each session you really feel that you have worked hard and at the end of the cycle you can see clearly the results and progress made.

Paul has helped me significantly improve my fitness training for events such as Tough Mudder, a marathon and a return to the rugby pitch after 8 years. He's also helped me with a tailored rehab plan after injury. His classes are fun, flexible, and structured to allow people of mixed ability to compete and encourage each other. Highly recommend.

I've only just started attending but I'm really impressed by Paul's preparation and running of the sessions.

I took a break from exercise for far too long and struggled to find a good boot camp until I came across Paul Rose. I can honestly say that I enjoy every session which covers every aspect of fitness from cardio to strength & I can see the differences in my overall fitness. It also helps that each session is so much fun and exercising with a great bunch of people is just the icing on the cake!

I started training with Paul in January and I am totally hooked on his sessions. Each week you are learning something different, or developing a move further from the week before.

You are surrounded by a lovely bunch of people who always give you a giggle or two throughout the sessions.

I wasn’t at my “fittest” when I joined, now I have the start of abs and my endurance is so much better.

As the saying goes “If you enjoy it, you will stick at at” that’s why you need to join !

I couldn’t recommend Paul enough.

I approached Paul having taken a break from exercise to have my children. I had no confidence or strength and Paul was fantastic. I never felt embarrassed or self conscious and his programmes have helped me get myself back on track. I feel fitter and stronger than I have in years.
