I could not be happier with the service I have received from Pertwees who over several meetings, phone calls, test drives and email question answering spent a huge deal of time discussing options and helping me spec a Ford Transit Connect van. They then updated me regularly on the build date and anticipated delivery date and rather than the quick hand over of keys and run through I had expected: very kindly spent a couple of hours going through a plethora of different things from the engine bay, seats and various functions to the extraordinarily vehicle info and satnav system. Their price for the spec of van i wanted had been most competitive amongst four companies I tried in Norfolk and Suffolk; whilst their customer service proved to be thoroughly exemplar and I will not hesitate to return to Pertwees when the time is right. I love my new van :-> many thanks

Have not bought a modern Ford in years, since Mk.1 Cortina. as buying other makes for over 35 years.

Sales man Sam was very patient with me and offered a reasonable part exchange allowance on my previous car.

The 2010 Ford Galaxy was fair price on the mileage. A new m.o.t., service and full valet had been done before collection.

On later finding a fault on the c/d radio a new one was fitted without hesitation by the manager owing to the generous 12 month guarantee.

Apart from no spare wheel annoyance, which I overcome with space saver the overall purchase has been great.

We have a motorbility car and have had nothing but problems with a young lad on the service department. I have complained numerous times and still nothing changes. He didn't know that tyres were included in my costs or where it was to be done!!!! Also I had a part that took an age to arrive after seat belts in the back.....someone forgot to order them. Then recently my car broke down and needs to be booked in, again the young lad in service didnt know if a courtesy car was included or how to go about it if needed.

Phoned to enquire about a used Ford Kuga priced at £14750 on 17 Feb. I was put on hold for 5 minutes waiting for a sales person to pick up the phone. I hung up in the end due to waiting for such a long time.

I called back 10 minutes later and I was transferred to the rudest salesman I have ever encountered.

When I calmly asked about the car his reply was “listen, I’m really busy so just slow down I’m dealing with another customer at the moment”.

I have never ever been insulted like that as a customer before. I explained that we were serious cash buyers and that he had lost a sale due to his poor attitude and rudeness.

All he had to was to take my number and call me back half hour later, I have no problem with that.

We bought a Kuga that day from another local dealer.
