Went to see Peter in agony with arm and shoulder. Had been suffering from October 2016 to March this year. He diagnosed frozen shoulder and scar tissue from having a lump removed. 6 sessions with him and I'm pain free sleeping and can enjoy life again. He's professional very friendly and certainly isn't in it just for the money. Very approachable and worth every penny. Would recommend him to anyone and definitely won't hesitate at going back if I ever need a physiotherapist again. Thank you Pete for making me free of pain and understanding and sympathetic.

Turned to P&SI for help with a hip/back problem which had been causing me pain and stiffness for 7 years limiting my capabilities. After 3 sessions of deep tissue massage my back pain has gone and I can move freely again. Brilliant! Thank you so much!

Pete has been fantastic!! Originally went to see him when I had hurt my ankle during my marathon training, after him giving me advice and plenty of sports massages over the past few weeks! My legs feel amazing and my ankle is fixed!! Will defiantly been back in the future!! �

I had a knee injury at football and went to see Pete, he checked my knee out and was sure I’d done my ACL, he advised me to get an MRI scan ASAP which I did and he was right I had ruptured my ACL and cartilage, I still went to see him for advice on exercises leading upto my operation and again he was always so kind and helpful, he definitely knows his stuff so you wouldn’t be disappointed, even 12 weeks on from my operation if I have any concerns or questions I know he will always help me out.
