This is now my favourite coffee shop anywhere. Sadly, I live in London not Ipswich. However, if I did, I'd be in Pickwicks every day. I'm fussy about my coffee, and the big chains just don't do it for me. I'm always on the lookout for great independent cafes. Pickwicks has a fantastic range of coffees and teas, and it's truly service with a smile. I'll be back soon, believe me.

Lovely service and scrumptious food in a delightful tea shop!

I was tired and thirsty I had shopping and huge bag and a handbag .I went into this tea house for coffe and cheese scone.One waitress held the door open for me .the cafe was beautiful real cloth table cloths proper cups with saucers .the waitresses were so kind .after id eaten a rather delicious scone .I inquired after a toilet .the waitress looked after my shopping while i went to use the ladies which was absolutley spotless . Very good service girls done with such kindness..

I would reccomend this Tea shop to our queen .jd.

I love this old fashioned coffee shop and very friendly female staff No loud music just to sit down and enjoy a coffee or two I rate this 10/10 Very friendly and polite staff

I had a lovely cup of tea with my mum today and felt the warmth of this lovely coffee and tea house. A warm atmosphere with welcoming friendly staff.
