Why not book the cottage for a week for £400, sleeping up to 7 people at one time
We have just spent a week at Pilgrims Rest and have LOVED it! We are a family of six plus our dog and we had loads of space in this gorgeous homely cottage. The garden is huge and the weather has been perfect. The beach is sandy and only 3mins walk. There is a fantastic burger cafe just round the corner that serve a huge menu and massive portions. The local pub is great, fab food, brilliant entertainment and made us very welcome. The local chip shop is also great, always a long queue of customers which tells you so! We have been out on a boat for the day down the Norfolk broads, crab fishing off the pier at Cromer, out on a boat again from Blakeney Point on a seal trip, where you get right up close to a huge wild seal colony resting in the sunshine. Lots of lovely walks and everywhere is so dog and child friendly. There is a fantastic cafe near the village hall that serve the biggest cakes you have ever seen and all very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend contacting Mary & Max to arrange a stay here, we will definitely be back.
We had an amazing 4 night stay. A 3 minute walk from the beach! The house is so cozy and accommodating. Dog friendly with a lovely big garden. I have never felt so well rested and relaxed. Can't wait to go back!
Having spent new year in this lovly Rental I would reccomend it to any one looking for a great costal break, Dog frendly home beaches & pub manke this an ideal place to spend time with the faimly, The pub is great ( the most frendly i have ever been in) the local burger Parlor is amazing and the beach is less than a 5 minuite walk, Tesco is a 10 min drive ! amazing place !
As a family we have been coming for over 20 years it is a home away from home and I love it , my children love it, the perfect family getaway ... it gets harder to leave every time �
2nd time here, can't wait to take the dogs to the beach in the morning. Lovely place we love it and feel right at home :)
