At 1pm today Julia will be cycling her next 5 miles in reception at The Weltech Centre. Feel free to come down and show your support

Julia cycled another 5km yesterday at The Dementia Friendly Community Cafe Digswell to raise money for The Alzheimer’s Society. Thank you to all who came to support her.

Yesterday the The Dementia Friendly Community Cafe Digswell we volunteer at had its 1940s tea dance, what an amazing afternoon. In usual Julia style she went for it with her fancy dress. Lovely pictures and looked like everyone enjoyed themselves as much as us #dementiasctionweek #DAW2019
