Well I came on my birthday and was overwhelmed by the choise of fabrics you have there.....and you were still loading the shelves while me, my daughter and grandchildren were there. The staff were so patient with the children...I hope they put everything back in place. Both picked material for a dress, so that explains the dinosaurs and repunsal fabrics but did I have to buy the other 5 fabrics and 10 meters of lace. I'll post the finished products. Many thanks

The lady I spoke to (sorry I did not get her name) helped me with my flannel selection with my daughter's dragon outfit and even checked on the Simplicity pattern to make sure that I will have enough fabric to complete the project. I am very impressed as I spoke to her at around 4pm and I got my fabric this morning (I live in the channel islands) so that is very very good! Super!

Popped in today for the first time.. Previously only shopped on the website. Loved the smiley friendly and extreamly helpful hands on staff. Really pleased with my purchase and price. Fabric arranged so easy to find and so well rhe shop itself is inspirational. I have so many ideas for projects now we will be back and often. Thanks

Popped in this morning as I was tempted by this weeks 10% discount, oh my days thought I had died and gone to heaven! So many fabrics to choose from so purchased a few for my ongoing quilt stash and a couple of fat quarters to make something for Xmas but I would definitely recommend and ladies lovely and helpful too. I will be returning soon Thankyou

Just popped in today for the first time and WOW!!! I can see my sewing machine being used more and more. Gorgeous fabrics and every accessory you need. The lady who served me was so helpful and found what I needed and talked me through what I need to do. I will definitely be a returning customer :D

I love this store! I bought so much fabric recently I completely filled a large trolley the staff are so helpful too. They sell loads of quilting cotton in plains or gorgeous designs...some I hadn't seen anywhere else before. And they also sell a huge selection of fabrics for the home dressmaker too...I bought some knit fabric that will look like I've knitted my own top when I've made it up...I've searched for something like this for years! Well worth making time to visit the store or spend a weekend online adding to your fabric stash!

I've been using Plush Addict for years and loved their service and fabrics. They always had a great range of colours which is essential for my small business, but recently I've had a hard time ordering as they never have plush colours that I need in stock but they have them listed on their ebay which I don't really understand.



I ordered from their ebay and requested first class postage on one piece of fabric and paid extra. It took four days to arrive and both fabrics were shipped together second class, which isn't what I asked for. Not sure what I paid extra for.



A week or so ago I ordered a large amount of white which had yellow stains along the top. Little mistakes like these make it frustrating to order from them which is sad because I've been a customer for such a long time ):

Today I popped in for the first time. A friend had mentioned how great the place was, and how everyone was so lovely.

I am not a creative a person, but I needed to make a Roman costume for my eldest and figured you guys would know what I needed.

I went into the warehouse and despite looking lost, overwhelmed and really unsure not 1 member of the team asked me if I was okay, or needed any help.i walked continously around waiting for someone to approach me I would of approached someone but everyone was busy. I waited until I saw someone who was free but I ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

Review edited.....*how to drop from a 5* rating to a 1* in one easy move...so after several visits and purchases from them my last visit was totally rushed, greeted with a 'sigh/groan/and a look' of 'Ohhhh not you again!!'

I let it go at the time but felt the need to message them with how upset and belittling that was! �

I received one reply back apologising and told that 'instore customers should take priority over internet orders'......which I sent a further reply stating due to being rushed I do not have enough of the fabric needed and have had to go elsewhere.....several days later and still no reply back to 2nd message!

Will not be returning to the shop or buying from website,....one very VERY annoyed, let down and disappointed 'once was' customer ���

Ordered a sewing machine. It arrived broken so returned it to be fixed.... that was over 3 weeks ago! No one replies to emails requesting updates or a refund. Had to open PayPal dispute to try and get my money back. Appalling service, they have my money yet I have no machine. Hoping PayPal don't take ages to process my refund as I've had to order the machine from another company on credit. ���

I placed an order at the start of December, shipped on the 4th but have still not recieved it over 5weeks later, I emailed several times including twice last week to chase this up and the company has not responded to my mail's. I run a small business and as a result of this have incurred a loss of earnings and will likely have to cancel events later this month which will result in me losing deposits and a further loss of earnings. Disappointing to say the least.

I am really disappointed with my recent order. I have been a loyal customer for the past 3 years, I therefore thought I was safe ordering my items on the 8th and paying extra for first class delivery as I need the items by tomorrow latest. After todays post arrived and my order wasn't with it. I called your company and spoke to a man who at first seemed helpful but after admitting plush addict are at fault because someone should have called me to inform me of the delay in my order (I would have had the choice to cancel the item that was delaying it or order elsewhere) I was then left really upset with what he said next. I told him that I need the item by tomorrow at the latest and asked as plush addict are at fault can they upgrade it to guaranteed next day delivery. his reply was "Well no not really, I will be loosing money on the order. Look it is what it is. If we don't get the order to you in time we will refund you". I'm afraid that it no good for me and I now have to ruin my two children's saturday morning by cancelling our family plans to drive an almost 2 hour round trip to get to the closest fabric store who may stock the items I need. I am so upset with the customer service I know its not a massive order but if you are at fault you should be trying to rectify the situation.

I've been using Plush Addict for years and loved their service and fabrics. They always had a great range of colours which is essential for my small business, but recently I've had a hard time ordering as they never have plush colours that I need in stock but they have them listed on their ebay which I don't really understand.



I ordered from their ebay and requested first class postage on one piece of fabric and paid extra. It took four days to arrive and both fabrics were shipped together second class, which isn't what I asked for. Not sure what I paid extra for.



A week or so ago I ordered a large amount of white which had yellow stains along the top. Little mistakes like these make it frustrating to order from them which is sad because I've been a customer for such a long time ):

I have been a follower for years! In the cloth nappy world your well known. So when you moved to Peterborough I was soooo excited.

Today I popped in for the first time. A friend had mentioned how great the place was, and how everyone was so lovely.

I am not a creative a person, but I needed to make a Roman costume for my eldest and figured you guys would know what I needed.

I went into the warehouse and despite looking lost, overwhelmed and really unsure not 1 member of the team asked me if I was okay, or needed any help.i walked continously around waiting for someone to approach me I would of approached someone but everyone was busy. I waited until I saw someone who was free but I ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

Review edited.....*how to drop from a 5* rating to a 1* in one easy move...so after several visits and purchases from them my last visit was totally rushed, greeted with a 'sigh/groan/and a look' of 'Ohhhh not you again!!'

I let it go at the time but felt the need to message them with how upset and belittling that was! �

I received one reply back apologising and told that 'instore customers should take priority over internet orders'......which I sent a further reply stating due to being rushed I do not have enough of the fabric needed and have had to go elsewhere.....several days later and still no reply back to 2nd message!

Will not be returning to the shop or buying from website,....one very VERY annoyed, let down and disappointed 'once was' customer ���

Ordered a sewing machine. It arrived broken so returned it to be fixed.... that was over 3 weeks ago! No one replies to emails requesting updates or a refund. Had to open PayPal dispute to try and get my money back. Appalling service, they have my money yet I have no machine. Hoping PayPal don't take ages to process my refund as I've had to order the machine from another company on credit. ���

I placed an order at the start of December, shipped on the 4th but have still not recieved it over 5weeks later, I emailed several times including twice last week to chase this up and the company has not responded to my mail's. I run a small business and as a result of this have incurred a loss of earnings and will likely have to cancel events later this month which will result in me losing deposits and a further loss of earnings. Disappointing to say the least.

I am really disappointed with my recent order. I have been a loyal customer for the past 3 years, I therefore thought I was safe ordering my items on the 8th and paying extra for first class delivery as I need the items by tomorrow latest. After todays post arrived and my order wasn't with it. I called your company and spoke to a man who at first seemed helpful but after admitting plush addict are at fault because someone should have called me to inform me of the delay in my order (I would have had the choice to cancel the item that was delaying it or order elsewhere) I was then left really upset with what he said next. I told him that I need the item by tomorrow at the latest and asked as plush addict are at fault can they upgrade it to guaranteed next day delivery. his reply was "Well no not really, I will be loosing money on the order. Look it is what it is. If we don't get the order to you in time we will refund you". I'm afraid that it no good for me and I now have to ruin my two children's saturday morning by cancelling our family plans to drive an almost 2 hour round trip to get to the closest fabric store who may stock the items I need. I am so upset with the customer service I know its not a massive order but if you are at fault you should be trying to rectify the situation.
